Kind staff, great restaurant, beautiful hotel

Health club front desk and pool attendant not as friendly. Room was big enough to fit two kings or at least queens, was only doubles

Such a beautiful place. I had an amazing sports massage at the spa. And the front desk allowed us to check in early with an upgraded room over looking a creek and golf course with small mountains in the back. It was a very pleasant experience

I wish the jacuzzi and sauna were attached to the spa and not the hotel. We wanted to hit the jacuzzi after our massages but didn't realize it was in the gym and shared by the other hotel guests not just the spa guests.

Location was ideal.

Hotel was filthy. Windows full of cobwebs. Room lamp bases hadn?t seen a cleaning rag in a long time. Base of bed had cobwebs. Bathroom had cracked tiles. Carpet was GROSS! This was a 2 star at best. I was stunned.

Close to where we needed to be,

The room was dirty - previous guest?s sock, trash behind the bedside table, coffee maker had drips from old coffee on it.

Pretty much everything.

Room 188 the bathroom faucet was loose. It needs to have the under sink jam nut tightened.

We love coming hete for the indoor/outdoor pools, the hot tub, there is a tavern on site with delicious food, a game room, and lots of stuff to do in the hotel.

Dislike the way I was treated by staff, water was turned off with out any warning, outdoor pool closed without any notice, bathroom was SO tiny. Housekeeping never restocked toilet paper or tissues. Had to go buy my own

Leaving in the morning.

It was not clean. Very dated in appearance. Paper thin walls. Smelled like a gym locker room. Noise, noise, noise! Could not sleep because of extremely noisy neighbors. Will never stay there again.

The pools are fantastic. My daughter and I needed to get away for a night recently, it's been a stressful time for us, so we booked a room. We've stayed in the summer before and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. This visit we enjoyed the indoor.

This is our get away hotel, not far from where we live but just enough away to feel like a little vacation. If you're looking for a big town this is not that.

The restaurant and tavern

The hotel was full but only one elevator was working. Became very inconvenient at times. Also the tavern did not open til 5 so you had to leave the hotel to get lunch.

We stayed one night. The facility was very nice and very clean. The television in our room did not work. Since we were there one night we did without.

The staff is nice and the pool was clean

The room was not cleaned , i had blood on side of toilet the beds had hair in the sheets

Quiet, close to aging parent

Is an older hotel, but room updates were pleasant, especially the bathroom. My room was quiet and I had a view out the window.

nonrefundable room - not even a credit offered

We were asked for a credit card upon check in and told it was for any accidental damage which we were fine with but at check out we were charged a $9 resort fee and tax

inadequate staffing at front desk and it took over 3 minutes for the hot water to reach the tap and then it was tepid at best

Exterior seasonal decor

Poor parking availability. One person in our party could not walk far. Parking spaces close to our room were restricted for tenant usage.

Nice exterior

I called to confirm they allow pets. Yes. Get there and only a dog under 20 pounds is allowed. Tell me. I don't need to arrive at night in an unfamiliar area to find out I have no room. Also their free breakfast is only weekends.let me know ahead.

it is in a beautiful setting

I thought the rooms and decor were tired and old. rooms smelled musty. views not great.
