Location, price, bed comfort

The location is close to the beaches and state parks. The staff were polite and doing their best to maintain the facility.

There is mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Me and my daughter smelled and were allergic to it. The building may be old and needs repair.

Close to my work during snow storm

The plow truck driver plowed in my car and made it very difficult for me to leave.

Hotel employee and housekeeping manager, at front desk, were kind and helpful. Room was spacious, cool and comfortable, including bed.

Breskfast

Bathtub was slippery a d there were little black bugs in the bathroom open crevice.

Room was very large.

Walls very thin. Could here the people next door.

Price

Outdated, small TV, toilet continuously cycling on, room smelled,

The location was the best for us. The window opened so we could get some fresh air in the smelly room.

Everything. Needs total updating. Dreary and old. Wifi didn't work in our room. The breakfast Instant coffee was disgusting. Old dirty carpet everywhere.

Staff were friendly and understood my pains, breakfast was decent

No air conditioner, vacuum needs to be updated as the hotel had crumbs all over the corners and by the perimeter d the beds, smelled funky, no fan in the bathroom which caused wet floors and an unsafe situation

Location and friendly staff.

Cleanliness of the room. Tootsie roll wrapper on bathroom floor when we arrived still there 2 days later when we left. Q tip and peanut shells on floor.

Towels had hairs still clinging on. Hair in the bathtub upon arrival.

Mattress and bed were good quality and very comfortable. The room was larger than most.

Two of the three ice machines were broken, exercise room, very limited, and unsafe

It's an older hotel that has been renovated and updated. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff greeted us promptly. Standard free hot breakfast.

I like a firm mattress but these were hard as a rock.

Rooms were nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. And also our son loved the pool.

Location

The beds were horrible. The length of the beds was that of a queen size, but the width was that of a double. The mattresses sagged in the middle. My husband and I could not even sleep in the same bed.

It was very convenient, affordable, hot breakfast meals served daily that I¿ve did not have to worry about getting something to eat, At night the comfort bar restaurant open till 2Am.I would recommend it

The night that we came the lobby odor was unpleasant I think they use too much bleach that cause it to have a distinctive unpleasant odor. I think they need something fresh instead. Also we had a little issue that was promptly resolved

Analog cable tv channels.

Very convenient. Not 5-star but well maintained and clean for the price point. Pool is huge. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare and was hot/cold as appropriate. Dining area was clean. We will stay here again.

The bar area (especially the outside patio)is pretty run down but the service was good. If you are not planning to hang out in the hotel bar, it shouldn't affect your experience.

Location: Close to attractions. Great Restuarant right accross the street, and also a Bar Rest at the site.

Hotel was dated and there was a musty smell.
