Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

I loved the hotel. The beach walk was amazing. The staff were all great specially Jeremy at the front desk and hotel employee with valet parking.

Lovely hotel on the water. The staff is very professional & helpful. Our room was very comfortable & clean, and the view was beautiful. Paid valet parking is required if you bring a car.

It was overlooking the beach.

And in the morning, I found a big bug crawling on the side of the bed. It was disgusting and I left my room immediately. I spent nearly $--- for one night but it was a complete disappointment. I want a refund for this terrible experience.

Very friendly staff with a nice big bar and excellent food. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood for enjoying a long walk with great views of the sound. The rooms are direct water front with balconies. A great place for a special occasion.

$20 parking fee.

The restaurant is wonderful and they accommodated us on Valentine¿s Day even though they were fully booked for the evening. The room and bathroom were very clean. Provided us with a fruit basket in front of our door for breakfast. Felt covid safe :)

Very well trained staff on Covid-19 precautions. There was even a Purell hand sanitizer dispenser in the elevator. The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff all was very courteous and accommodating.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice.

I wish they had a double queen room option as that would have been better than the two double beds.

The coffee machines in both our rooms would not work, and my parents struggled with the air conditioning; the staff were uninterested in sorting out any of these problems. The level of amenity was poor--the hotel doesn't even provide water for guests.

The location is picture perfect on Long Island sound. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a facial at the Spa which ended the day on a special note.. Having visited before, I was looking forward to the best lobster roll I ever had.

Parking fee was a little high.

The location was perfect. It’s on a private beach. It’s very quiet and the main street with multiple shops and restaurants is literally less than a mile away. Everything is close by and the hotel itself was absolutely perfect. If we didn’t want to leave, we would have been perfectly fine, staying in and relaxing the entire trip.

The attentive staff always very friendly and suggested excellent places to eat.

The valet is cumbersome because we can not come and go without an intermediary, however the staff was excellent and got our vehicle promptly, .We are just not used to that service.

Breakfast was good. Location was beautiful.

I know we stayed in April but it was a beautiful day but no place to sit outside! No chairs on the grass or beach set upFor the guests to enjoy the view and beach.
