- The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was VERY clean. The hotel was quiet. My room was very comfortable. They did a great job accommodating my chemical sensitivity. I'd recommend this hotel to any traveller!

- The breakfast was WEAK, The eggs were inedible; basically everything else was a highly sweetened carbohydrate. How about some oatmeal? How about some fresh fruit besides apples? How about real scrambled eggs? Food closed at 10:00 a.m., and that was it.
- Our room smelled of tobacco smoke and we had to change rooms despite this being a "Smoke free" location. Also, the desk could not confirm our deposit and payment to you and it took two days for them to get thru to you for confirmation.
- No washer dryer on site. Issues w tv and had to change rooms in mid stay.

Website showed they had a shuttle, they do NOT have one. Shower pressure was non existent.

the TV guide channel selection was printed in the guest binder book... it was not complete,,, called desk,, they said to disregard the book and use the "guide" button on the remote... I did and got the complete guide..should note this in the binder.

The hotel had BED BUGS. I didn't notice until the morning and took a picture and showed the front desk. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention..: and then nothing. No apology for subjecting me to it, no worries that I could bring the bugs ho
Manager was on duty Christmas day. What a wonderful guy ... he was so accommodating. The motel is clean and in excellent condition.

Location, spacious room
Temperature, lobby was freezing. Our room was freezing when we got there and took a long time to warm up. The air unit is constantly running and noisy. We never really had hot water in the shower.

older hotel could use updating, just basics during night fire alarm went off alarms not connected to fire dept. Not worth $---- per night than taxes on top of that.
