the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

It would be nice to have a couple of chairs in the room. The AC was up high o the wall and hard to reach.

There was a microwave, but no mug. I went antiquing to get one. The tub didn’t drain properly, I had to rig the drain. There is a refrigerator, I got ice from my friends, no ice machine. Also, no hair dryer. I found one at TJMaxx, when you travel, most places provide one. The phone to call the office didn’t have a dial tone. I had their number and they were always accommodating.

The bed was awful. Furniture was all old. Had a plastic chair to sit in , the other chair was all stained. Couldn’t get the shower to turn on

small lights above bed didn’t work. No large light on right side. Would be nice on the lamp next to bed could have ability to dim.

I can drive right up to my room

It was filthy unbelievably disgusting. Smelled horrible toothpaste all over the mirror urine dripping down the toilet shower hadn’t been cleaned a very long time. The floor was filthy the nightstand obviously somebody slobbered drink. Even the new coat of paint did not help.

Private. Friendly reception. Helpful to retrieve an item left behind. Clean linen.

Microwave was filthy but was cleaned after a call to reception. Cracked through the entire double sink unit and lopsided doors gave the impression of a flop house.

No breakfast. Bathroom clean but no grab bar in the tub for safety. Quiet and close to town. Owners pleasant. Parking very good.

Strong stale cigarette smoke smell. No dead bolt on locks. Dirty room and lack of sheets on bed. Customer service was non existent. Employee/owner irritated when I arrived as door was locked so I rang the bell at expected 5pm check in.

The location was convenient and parking for one of our rooms was acceptable. The. re was NO parking for the other room. Luckily we only had one vehicle.I requested a partial refund and have not heard from the management :(

One of the rooms was dirty and smelled of smoke when we arrived. The refrigerator and freezer had food in it and I had to clean the room before my children stayed there. Staff offered a different room away from the other room and that one was in worse shape. Air conditioners were old and dirty and in the 2nd room I had to stand on a chair to work the air conditioner (no remote).

Cute place overall - reminded us of Schitts Creek. Nice layout and buildings are sort of spread out, quiet. The rooms had carports attached which we thought was cool. Appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. We got a great last minute deal on Booking.com. Not the cleanest, I’d bring Lysol wipes next time to wipe surfaces. The shower was less than ideal but served its purpose. Good value for an overnight stay for two tired beach-goers.

Cleanliness could be better - also the place needs upgrades but nothing that was unsafe, just kind of unsightly with cobwebs and dust build up in corners, etc. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes at first but once we put the AC on it mostly went away. Sinks clogged easily. Shower was ok - shower curtain was OLD and needed to be replaced. Shower head wasn’t great but it was fine for just one shower. Not a big deal.

The layout of the room was really nice!!

Even though there was Wi-Fi, we couldn’t use it even though we were given a WI-FI password.

I loved the staff here . They are very friendly & helped us whenever we needed it. They were kind, they would help when needed & all around it’s well lit at night. So u are in a town with a very low crime rate but the extra lighting is smart.

I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.. & I think that’s because of a good staff & a really great family owned business..

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk person was very nice.

The shower did not work

Nothing, it wasn't really that comfortable the heaters sucked at heating up, there was bugs and spiders everywhere

Great potential! The outside is charming! The location is great! Beds were comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. The room was clean. The shower was adequate pressure. For around $200 per night, I expect a little better.

Interior decor is not warm and welcoming. It was sparsely furnished and dark and a mishmash of used beat up pieces. No deadbolt on door. No curtain on bathroom window. No shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. (There was soap.) Only some of the outlets worked. Poor WiFi. Towels were very skimpy and not enough. Outside noises at night (maybe a Racoon?) were concerning only because the door was not secure.

Very uncomfortable and over all very priced

Everything. Of course we know it’s a motel but…Bed was very uncomfortable, noisy and falling in the middle. Room was cold. The heater was old and cranky. It took a lot to warm up. The staff were rude. We asked foran extra blanket and it was like begging to have it. When finally we were able to get an extra “thin” one, we had to drive back to the office. Soap wasreally old and cheap. We paid $153 for 1 night. Barely slept because of the bed and the cranking sound of the electrical heater. Both the two sinks and bath tup drain were clogged. A total rip off despite the “good” reviews. Be aware that they are not real reviews.

Location was okay. Cost only $69

Had to park in grass next to my room. The grass was wet because it rained. Door did not have a double lock for security. One light did not work. Towels were old and felt like sandpaper. Had very small bar of soap and no shampoo or conditioner. Staff were not pleasant. Office door handle did not open the door and I had to just push to open it. Bed was a 5 or 6” mattress on a set of springs which was not only uncomfortable but I moved the springs squeak loudly.
