We were unable to stay at this hotel due to inclement weather, as a historic blizzard hit the area and the highways to the hotel in Trinidad were completely closed from as far south as Las Vegas, New Mexico. Hence, the average ratings above.
Basic room, great mattress, clean linens, new curtains. The room cooled down quickly and it didn't smell bad.

They need to put in new carpets. Don't remodel rooms.
No place to hang clothes and it was a bit noisy with folks talking outside.

The manager was friendly and accommodating. The room had refrigerator plus freezer which I need. Liquid handsome was nice. Heater and a.c. with ability to keep fan running constantly helped me a lot since I like white noise. Carpet was new and clea

I had an upstairs room which was really nice. But the steps are rather old and hard for me.
