The room was very comfortable. I utilized the hot tub very nice.

The room door key code access worked intermittently. It took numerous trips back to the front desk to rectify. Also, you're key code access should not expire before your checkout time. Mine expired 2 hours early.

In Southfork this is the spot. Our plan was to drive down to Pagosa but the Hotel was so nice, the town so warm, that we decided to stick around. No complaints, everything great.

Absolutely nothing.

Good value, fridge and well functioning microwave, nice layout of room, very clean (except for shower curtain) on arrival, large trash can, lots of counter space.

The worst part of our experience was a stinky shower curtain that smelled moldy. Carpet was old and worn. Breakfast had limited selections. If you have dietary restrictions there may not be anything for you. Room was not serviced during stay.

nothing there were drunk people loud outside the whole time after the front desk woman had told us not to be and also i was double charged for my room

hotel employee and her husband, along with hotel employee were great and very accommodating. Got to meet the new owner as well, he's doing a lot of renovations, we'll definitely be back.

It¿s easy to find

No A/C. Not that the AC did not work, but they do not have AC. The motel is old and worn down. For $--- a night you'd think they could spend some money and renovate at least a little. I would rather sleep in my car at least I would have air-conditioning

Very clean. Staff were friendly. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette where everything worked. Nearby to several fishing spots.

The only drawback was the shower. Showerhead was a bit old and difficult to adjust. It is also only about 5' 10" above the tub. Being 6'3" I had to stoop to wash up.

It was family-friendly and cozy. The owner and manager were both very accommodating and very friendly. I like the small town feel. The scenery and location are exceptional.

It is dated but they are in the process of renovation.

It wasn¿t too far from the Ski Resort. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and check our process. Hot tubs.

The hot tubs felt great after a day on the slopes. Great location- under 30 mins from wolf creek and close to restaurants. Very clean and cozy motel.

The owner was very friendly and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay, which we did! It's not a fancy place but it is very comfortable and clean.

Friendly Hosts, was able to check in early, very comfortable bed!
