Pros +
- The room was very comfortable. I utilized the hot tub very nice.
- In Southfork this is the spot. Our plan was to drive down to Pagosa but the Hotel was so nice, the town so warm, that we decided to stick around. No complaints, everything great.
- The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The room door key code access worked intermittently. It took numerous trips back to the front desk to rectify. Also, you're key code access should not expire before your checkout time. Mine expired 2 hours early.
- Absolutely nothing.
- It would have been nice to have two bath towels per person.
