The kiosk check in. The room was outdated and over priced. Noisy hallways at night. Air-conditioning was noisy. Dirt road to get to the hotel.

The breakfast was more than basic. Hot sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. As well as all the usual yogurt, bagels. Muffins etc. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly, professional and efficient.

In the evening we wanted directions to a restaurant that was in the room’s Info book. Oddly, there is a kiosk maned from Wisconsin who could not help. With the hotel being sold out there should have been a desk person.

The location and condition. The employees were polite and accommodating. The price was fair.

Strong odor of cleaning product throughout the hotel cover on bed look dirty, and the frame area of the bed look dirty as well

After I booked at this pet friendly hotel, I saw that the charge for a small dog was $30 PER NIGHT. That meant it cost $90 to have our dog there for three nights even though they only cleaned the room after we left. Too much.

Quiet, comfortable bed.

Had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet. Need more fresh options for breakfast, also stevia sweetener, options for gluten-free, preservative-free, dairy-free.

Nothing this hotel was the worse we did not even get a key to the room therefore we had to sleep in our car. We tried to call the hotel multiple datimes to let them know that we were going to be arriving late at night just in case but they never answered

Everything no one at the front desk when we arrived and had a number posted that dialed to a disconnected number, so never got a key to our room and had to sleep in our car and they are saying they will not refund our money

Location, ease of access

Hotel was not kept up at all. Upon entering the room it smelled of dirty socks and BO. Thankfully the window was able to be opened and we were able to somewhat air it out. Bought a can of Lysol and hosed everything down which helped a little. Poor breakfa

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast and friendly breakfast staff.

We arrived late and my room key was waiting for me as the lobby closes during the night. Could have been a terrible Christmas trip for myself and my kiddos.

The breakfast and the staff were great. Stayed at a couple other places and for the money it cost I will stay elsewhere.

Room upfront so if you opened the window it was extra noisy. If the ac unit had been working would have been fine. The room got hot, stagnate, & uncomfortable in the middle of night. We had 2 beds & My husband can usually sleep on anything not these.

We loved the breakfast, they have a really good green chili that they serve with eggs and sausage. We would actually like to know the name of that green chili and where they get it.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The hot tub wasn¿t clear at all and there were things floating in it.

I stay at that hotel often and enjoy the hot tub and pool. The hospitality is great, breakfast is more than enough food, and the fact that I can get a cup of coffee 24hrs a day rocks!.

I'd like to be able to smoke in my room or an upstairs outdoor patio for smoking would be nice.

Just this pandemic. I wanted to enjoy the breakfast. I paid that much for it not to be open. Also with my bad back, an elevator would have been great.

We ended up not staying here. When We arrived, they told us we could not stay because they didn't have any pet rooms left. I needed to request one when I booked the room. It was an unexpected inconvenience. Luckily,we found a room elsewhere.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

No elevator to second floor.
