Located in Palisade, 16 miles from Colorado Mesa University, The Homestead provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. - It is a wonderful, very clean, little motel (6 rooms). It was a gem to find with location to Palisade, Grand Junction, Colorado National Monument, wineries. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
- Excellent, everything, clean, friendly, stayed a second night!
