Econo Lodge Longmont East

I was forced to vacate my room when it was discovered that there were 3 bullet holes in my room window and blinds. They new it wasn’t mine because the cleaning lady cleaned glass up in the room prior to my stay but never reported it.

Housekeeping staff were ex emotionally sweet and amiable.

Advertised breakfast N there was none. No ice machine. No vending ma hine.

I knew The Chiefs would win and they did. The indoor pool seemed nice; did not go in.

Well, the Sheriff's Department was there when I arrived. I placed a "Do Not Disturb" thing on the door and the maid knocked on my door, very next day: "Room service". When I wet my washcloth? It changed color; did not know if it was dirty, or water

Staff was incredibly friendly and comforting. Very family friendly atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Views was exceptional with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Everyone was great trip was amazing. No complaints.

Not Much

Every time i have stayed there the tv has to be reset by staff. The shower curtain rods are broken, Linens and Towels are worn and stained.

Location was great

There is no breakfast served as stated online when booking. Room was in ok shape but very outdated, but I got multiple bed bug bites so bad that I had to leave my room and sleep in the car for 6 hours before my flight.

Very easy to get on the freeway, as the parking lot had direct access to on-ramp to I-25. I couldn¿t hear the freeway from my room that faced the roadway.

I was disappointed the room was not clean. The bathroom had used soap in the shower, along with blond hair in the drain. I was uncomfortable, and did not climb into the bed to sleep. I slept with the bathroom towels covering the pillows and as a blanket.

It was quiet

They charged me $100 for any damages and have done so before but this time they didn't tell me. Why don't they let you know about this before you book the room

Clean room

Hot water took about 5 minutes and was in the wrong side. The TV only had a couple channels. Some one was supposed to come fix it, but never showed up

Location

Linens are cheap and worn. No Chairs for the table. Luke warm water. Pool is cold. Breakfast is sad.

Clean and quiet.

Heavy semi traffic Because it's next to the expressway.

Friendliness of the staff.

Would have liked the hot tub open, but the pool was nice nonetheless.

The cleanliness, the staff and managers are top notch...these are awesome ppl to have represent choice hotels. I was utterly amazed at how well they keep the hotel clean and in order. I was so impressed with your staff at this econo lodge.

Nope the staff at econo lodge is right on top of every issue or question. Quite impressive.

The hotel smells like cigarettes and smoke, the room was run down, floors were so uneven felt like you would fall through it, cigarette burn marks and a train that goes by

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained.

When we booked the room it stated a breakfast would be included. Not the case unfortunately. Not even a bag breakfast.

Location is okay

It was dirty. Smelled of old stale smoke. People smoking right outside entry door. My bed had dirty sheets on it. I slept on top of the covers. Would not recommend this hotel. If I could give it a lower rating I would.
