- Great location, clean comfortable room and good breakfast.
- I love not only the amenities at the hotel, but the location which provides walking options to the shops, events and restaurants in downtown Grand Junction. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons -
- Carpets were dirty and dingy. Breakfast was limited on fresh foods.
- To enter the shower, I had to step up about6 inches which wasn't a problem until I went to exit it. I did not feel very safe stepping down to the floor. Once I figured it out though, it was fine. I am definitely not a morning person.
- Breakfast was not the best
