The Inn at Silvercreek

Location, outdoor pool, good BBQ grill

Odor in room, bathroom needs paint, bathtub surface cracked, mattress saggy

The room was not user friendly or comfortable. We asked for another room. The clerk had maintenance take us to another room, and the results were the same. We did not like anything about the layout of the rooms. Clerk would not refund our payment.

Bed in room and bedding was clean and comfortable

Underflooring is poor, bathroom door and frame needs replace, TV is small and very old. There are many of the rooms that are rented to locals - we were told that the room we were assigned to was the last room -on the back side and parking w no view!

Location

Had a shower that was broke. Staff offered to fix but we were unaware it was broke until morning of checkout and to late. Blinds were partially broke. Also thought there was restaurant according to sign but no restaurant.

We loved that the pools were indoor and outdoor and that they were salt water instead of chlorine.

The hotel was able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful.

The bed in our room was terrible and the room temperature overall was hot and stale.

No air conditioning, close proximity to other rooms, neighbors talking and smoking had to have windows open.

Area is amazing!

The facility is tired in many areas and some of the repairs are not done in a professional way. It¿s a beautiful property, I expected more.

This hotel was pretty dated. The room had bugs and the shower was old and just dirty from years of use.

The proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park is a huge plus. The pool area was accommodating with three hot tubs, a pool, and a sauna. There was gathering space, the rooms were sufficient for my family of 5 and having a small kitchen was a huge plus.

There were candy wrappers in the hide a bed, which made me wonder how clean it got. The space is old and could use a facelift, but that was not a deterrent.

Hotel was really old and had no air conditioning. Was told by staff to open windows and use box fan and that is as good as it get. Room was very old and need some renovations or updates. Whole hotel seemed outdated and old. Would not stay here again.

Room was small and although there was a balcony, there was netting across the entire thing that made it very hard to look out. ALOT of very early morning (5 am) noise-- heavy thumps.

Location was great

We got locked out of the room, because the balcony door is accessible only by key and cannot be unlocked from the inside.

The pool was incredible. The room was comfortable and clean.

It lost just a point because it doesn't have air conditioning and they were having a heat wave when we were there but they did have a fan in the room already. The breakfast place in the hotel didn't open until 9 AM.

Extremely small room with no amenities at all. Although The Inn at Silvercreek advertised many amenities. No breakfast, no food available on site at all. No room service available either. Will not stay here again.

I did not like the difficulty opening the closet and balcony doors. They were both in need of repairs.

Friendly staff. Excellent location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park or Granby Lake. Parking excellent.

3 Stars is a bit of a stretch for this hotel. Plumbing noises from other rooms is pronounced. Room has a somewhat confined feel to it. I wouldn't want to pay any more than I did for this facility. Room needed refurbishing (drywall repairs,etc.).

The staff in the restaurant was outstanding and very attentive. Front desk staff were also very friendly, fast and helpful
