- The comfort of the room !
- All the staff was really friendly .. great water pressure in the shower & nice towels
- The cleanliness of the hotel
Cons -
- The air conditioner was extremely loud
- Staff...customer service was poor. No greetings while walking by when they are just standing at the desk & having no visitors. I work in a job that requires customer service, I'd fire anyone who acted like the staff did.
- The key system was broken so every time we left our room we had to have staff let us back in.
