Pros +
- The staff was very nice. That was about it. However, their management seem to be strangely absent.
- Staff was great Pet fee was reasonable Free coupon for breakfast Location was very close to my event Starbucks closeby Free parking-yay!
- I liked being in Greenwood Village with plenty of food options. Free parking was appreciated as well.
Cons -
- The hotel is very dated, all the rooms smelled like smoke & chemicals. They moved me to 3 rooms, it was all the same. I left because, I could not breathe. I tried to cancel my reservation, strangely managers were not available. I had to sleep in my car.
- Carpets in elevator, room and hallways was disgusting. All need to be replaced The first room I was assigned had huge electrical/ mechanical equipment out my window. The gal at front desk changed it for me.i prob got worst room since I had a dog.
- Everything was great, but the bathrooms are a bit small.
