    Pros +

    • The view from the Halo Bar but only the view. The main that hosted the wine hour on sept 12th was great and so was the employee that checked us in.
    • The room we had was a corner room with mountain view and it was absolutely perfect. The location was great and easy to find, also walking distance to several restaurants within a couple blocks. The staff were very hospitable and friendly.
    • I loved the location along with friendly staff and exquisite rooms & dining options and surrounding neighborhood

    Cons -

    • Our clock didn't work, thermostat was beeping low battery, the speaker in the room was broken, the fire alarm is right over the bed and literally strobes all night long, barely hot water, female bartender at Halo was SO RUDE
    • The halls smelled like poo, our room was only cleaned half of the time, employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
    • Parking availability could be better. We parked on the side street which was where dogs left there business in the grass

I felt a little out of place with what I was wearing. With traveling to Denver frequently I have never felt under dressed anywhere, but I did visiting this hotel. I will know what to pack for my next stay

The people that work there was super nice and provided excellent service

The option to have a humidifier for the room was honestly a life-saver. Very attentive staff, and a peaceful, clean room.

I would say it's not exactly a happening part of Denver to be located in, which was fine? A few coffee shops and workout studios nearby, but otherwise it's a bit empty.

Loved the club on the roof. Was a great view.

There were stains on the sheets of the bed and the people in the next room started banging dishes and things along with being extremely loud. It was like they were in my room and I could not sleep. I wanted a good nights rest and instead I was kept up. It was awful!

    THE WORST STAY

First of all why do you even let animals inside the property? This is so unhygienic second of all Muriel from the reception was extremely rude. Imagine she was shouting at customers,3rd of of all there was no breakfast buffet , only a menu. The AC system is extremely bad. Why does it even shut down all of a sudden I couldn’t sleep…it is extremely bad. Also, there were trials to take money from the card while we were sleeping why would you even take money without our presence? I would never ever go back

The guest amenity fee includes a breakfast voucher that covers two guests. The rooftop bar was very enjoyable. Beds were super comfy. The staff were very friendly, and the interior design of the whole property was remarkable.

    Convenient location. Loved the neighborhood.

A bit loud at night from the highway

The hotel boasts an elegant building and a sophisticated aesthetic. We required a microwave, which was provided upon request. The bed was comfortable

The hotel lacks on-site parking, and valet parking incurs a steep $55 USD nightly fee. The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with food stains on the blanket, dirty cotton swabs in the toothbrush glass, and hair in the bathroom floor and sink. Additionally, the heating system was excessively noisy.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were able to walk and get food at times. Even though there is no free parking at the hotel, there was plenty of street parking, just needed to be mindful of the time since the street parking is only for two hours at a time. We were doing a lot of activities, so not at the hotel much during the day so the parking situation was manageable.

No complimentary breakfast and no free parking lot attached to the property. I was charged an extra ammenity fee of $70. When I booked, I was told that everything was included, including a resort fee. I spoke with front desk and she said they received a different amount than what I was charged on booking.com (about 70 less than what I paid). I was originally told by font desk staff that they put a hold on my account of $200 for any possible damages and that I would receive it back. I should have been told about their fee from the beginning so i could have told them and showed them I already paid and that the email said everything was included. It's not nice to be hit with a surprise charge, especially when I was already charged for it. My other issue is that they were not able to help me when I called. There should be some knowledge about why i was charged a certain amount to book but the hotel is saying they did not receive it all.

The hotel was good, definitely not worth the price paid for a stay on a slow Wednesday night. The hotel wasn't anything great but modern.
