    Pros +

    • The water park/lazy river was by far the best part, but way too many people in the hot tubs
    • The pool features are amazing and keep kids occupied for hours!
    • I loved how there were so many dining options. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone who helped us did so with a smile and made us feel welcome to ask more questions if needed.

    Cons -

    • The king room we stayed in was small & not impressive for nearly $---, after taxes and hotel fees. I?ve stayed in way nicer hotel rooms in a Vegas for half the price. The bathroom cleanliness was also lacking. Already getting grimy around the shower/sinks
    • Found an empty vile of injectable medication on the floor under the night stand. Shower leaked, shampoo bottle was broken, room smelled musty. Only ate room service and at Jade restaurant. Would not recommend Jade. Overall, this hotel wasn't great.
    • The bed was not comfortable. It was hard and uncomfortable which is the only reason I was not totally satisfied with my experience. Also there was only one adult only hot tub. It was over crowded and having to 2 or more pools/ hottub would have been nice

I picked this hotel based on proximity to the airport. I selected ¿airport shuttle¿ as a prerequisite. There was no shuttle for am flights. A airport area hotel at less than half the price had an 24/7 airport shuttle.

The advertised airport shuttle did not exist.

    Location, size, staff

Large portions of the hotel were under construction. The indoor pool was closed. I¿m disappointing that I paid for a 4.5 star hotel but only got to take advantage of half the amenities. Feel like I wasted my money.

Staff was very kind, friendly, and polite. Building overall and room was very clean and comfortable. Very kid and family friendly! Will come back!

Pools can get crowded and got there early for umbrella seating outside. More seating would be nice around outside pool.

Cleanliness, close to the airport and the water park, lazy river was excellent.

Food prices were a little high in the restaurants. But the food was good.

the open spaces were beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was wonderful. We were offered an upgrade to a suite at the front desk and took it, so we were super comfortable. All the activities we participated in were fun!

an occasional appetizer was below par - really that was it!

Very nice facility for business travelers. Not so much for families with small-ish children.

See above. Shuttle to DIA is very inconvenient. If you're not rushed, probably not so bad.

Quite a bit closed. Wednesday night and 2 of the 4 restaurants were closed. Also, not as impressive as other Gaylord properties.

I liked the overall ¿resort¿ feel. My children enjoyed the water park and they offered life guards to monitor everything. The decor was interesting too.

Overpriced and not very good food. For a $30 buffet/pp I expected a lot of bang for my money. What I got was mediocre at best. And not a Lot of options to accommodate some of my food allergies. And we had no other dining options at the resort.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-29-2021

A lot of activities for kids.

So far from everything else in Denver, sheets had a fresh bloodstain when we checked in, long waits for restaurants, dinner had a hair in mashed potatoes.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. They had poolside activities for all ages. The staff was kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

The nicer restaurants are only open during the weekend. But we ate at the sports bar and the food was excellent!

    9GabrielPosted on: 5-26-2021

Overall experience was nice. Kids had fun. Little more on the expensive side for food and drinks but it was definitely worth the stay.

Unexpected charges after checkout. They hold 70$ a night for damages and return it but then randomly charge and extra 50$ for a resort fee? Which I¿m positive I paid for initially? And it¿s 30$ a night for parking. Kiss that damage deposit goodbye.

    Clean. Nice. Staff.

Food did not taste good. Nothing special. Lack of selection and choices. It would¿ve been nice if there were more choices such as snack bars or snack stands, ice cream, Tea bars, smoothies stands... also the Starbucks drinks were so bad. Couldn¿t drink

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool area and spas

The only negative was a nuisance fire alarm that went off and the sprinkler system triggered in the lobby. The hotel waved the parking fees in lieu of the inconvenience. We didn't have a car so I asked for a parking voucher but they denied that request

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-13-2021

    Newest in the area

29 for parking not even valet

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-31-2020

The views from the hotel and some of the activities offered to registered guests were no charge.

The additional fee to park for registered hotel guests. We were not able to enjoy the amenities of the indoor pool; the whole stay was booked by others.

Everything, The hotel, The pool, The room, The staff, The overall feeling was great for me and my family,

Its not the hotel's fault but the restrictions it has because of covid,

    8AustinPosted on: 8-11-2020

Definitely the pool even if you did have to make reservations for it.

The fact that they charge you $29 plus tax for parking even after paying for the hotel room which is not cheap. Should definitely be informed about that when making your decision.
