Nice rooms and good location.

The advertised "free airport shuttle" was full and could not take us the the airport.

My son shattered his wrist and were in the emergency room that night. Is it possible that I get a refund as we never made it there

Clean, spacious, close to food options.

Breakfast ends at 9, we checked late/early morning and missed breakfast.

Quiet, close to airport. Staff was friendly, professional, and competent.

This is a very small thing but I did not like the controls for the TV at all. I found the remote difficult to figure out how to use, indefinite button pushing, and inconvenient at best.

My family was staying at a nearby hotel so this was located perfectly. Staff were nice and we were allowed to have our dogs with us for Christmas

Charging $5 per load for laundry when other hotels are complimentary, no happy hour when other locations include this as well as breakfast for all dietary styles. This location had watered egg whites scrambled with no flavor, Turkey and chicken sausage.

Yes breakfast not everyone like chicken meat and need more variety ran out of waffle mix! Also my room wasn¿t the best o spent the whole weekend with no TV and they wasn¿t able find me another room I had to spend the night watching tv in my parents room

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The rooms are very spacious. It is very close to the airport and there are good restaurant options close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The fridge was making a clicking sound. Everything else was very nice.

Shuttle to DEN, big rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast.

The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels so it was tough to get on from DEN. We were the last four to get on and about 8 people were left behind and were told by the driver to wait 30 minutes for the next driver or get an Uber. Hotel needs more vans.

It was neat and clean, quiet, and close to the airport. It was in a good neighborhood and had a few restaurants right across the street. Very convenient!!

I needed to buy a travel clock, and the front desk staff helped with directions. Always love having a kitchen and refrig. A very comfortable room. Wake up call right on time.

I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.

Room was spacious and comfortable, 2 queen beds and a sofa coach.

Breakfast ended right at 9 am and options were limited to begin with.
