Absolutely love the vibe of the Moxy! Have stayed at the one in NYC. Loved this one just as much!

There was an unusual odor emanating from somewhere in the bathroom. It smelled of sewerage.

We had a great stay at the Moxy! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. The vibe is modern, upbeat, and welcoming. We like staying here

Hip and trendy appearance, lobby, etc.

Bad value. $30 early check-in & $50 pet fee. Room is cute but small/not comfy. Queen bed was more like a Full & had a platform to it that the mattress didnt align with so we kept hitting knees. Tickets for non-alc drinks but 0 options other than gatorade

This is my second time staying at this property and the location is great. The property itself is also very nice and comfortable. While they don't have a restaurant, you can order food at the bar and they have a well stocked coffee station.

The guest service needs improvement. The only interaction the hotel has with its guests is at the front desk and bar (single location). The overall attitude was that they were doing the guest a favor by letting them stay there. Disappointing service.

The location and lobby atmosphere.

Bring your own toiletries (e.g., hair and body wash was one unit in shower and not high quality). Valet was $49 per night so plan accordingly unless you wish to self park off-site.

Location about it

This is NOT a 3+ star hotel. It¿s old and filthy, parking is bad, dirty, terribly wifi, everything was closed on a Sunday so couldn¿t get dinner, found dirty underwear in the elevator and about 3 hours later I got in again and they were still there.

It is in a great locations and love the boutique feel of this hotel.

The check in was weird, you check in on the bar, which was busy and the bartenders are the ones checking you in, which are busy making drinks and you have a hard time getting their attention to check in.

I liked the look of it

They charged me not than the receipt said and the room was not as explained on the website it was supposed to be Mountain View with a sofa bed our room had neither.

Location was perfect. Staff friendly.

We never had someone come in to clean the room, change sheets or bring clean towels. We had to call for clean towels & toilet paper. Room rates were not as quoted. We were supposed to get two beds & ended up paying extra.

The location is great. It's very clean.

Some of the staff wasn't great. Most were. But for example the bartender was rude & couldn't make standard drinks. Like had never even heard of them.

Employees did not wear masks! (They would put them on only when they saw guests approaching and did not enforce mask requirement with guests)

Nothing at all

The room appearance was sharp and kind of classy.

I was very disappointed to pay so much for such a small room which did not have the amenities of other nearby hotels with similar prices. No fridge and no coffee maker. Had to operate my computer on a tiny folding table. No continental breakfast.

Fun and modern. Love the homelike feel and the friendliness of the lobby. Like that there wasn't a traditional check in desk.

I loved the shared spaces like the beer garden where we sat comfortably with our group by the fire.

The room is tiny. My husband is 6'6" and I swear his feet were bigger than the space around the bed. Just very different than most hotels in this price range.

The location, could walk to area shops and restaurants

The hotel experience was different, no whistles or bells yet everything needed was there. Minimalist accommodations but comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was laid back. The crew was friendly and helpful.
