Hotel Teatro

The hotel was beautiful. There was live music and a coffee shop. Loved the onsite bar and restaurant. The room was cozy and clean and quiet.

We visited during the winter and the lobby and room was cold. We were able to get a different room with a space heater but couldn’t spend much time in the common areas without freezing.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was great. Wonderful view

I wish they had better restaurant hours

Lovely hotel in a superb location. Easy parking just round the corner although valet parking was also available. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Coffee in reception was not always available. Bar closed at 9.45 which seemed a bit early.

Unusual to not have regular housekeeping unless requested. It's not something you think about to request

Location, lobby, restaurant, exercise room, valet & bell staff were all excellent. The rooms were nice and the beds were sufficient.

The balcony was ok but no privacy and there were electrical boxes and flex conduits laying loose on the ground out there. The room was mostly clean except the upholstered chair was filthy.

Location was excellent! Close to activities, Larimer Square is right around the corner and Ball arena a short drive away! Gorgeous hotel with friendly, helpful staff!

Booked for queen but bed was smaller (double/full) could barely sleep 2 adults. We were bumping into each other all night.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The room and bed were a bit small but comfortable.

The air conditioning failed on the final night of our stay. It was very hot outside and difficult to sleep. We did get a discount which was welcome

Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.

The hotel was beautiful! During the booking process and getting everything ready to propose to my wife, Natalie was amazing! She answered ALL of my many questions! She wasn't just knowledgeable, she made it clear she WANTED to help! The hotel staff called the day of our stay and upgraded our room and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Our drinks at the Nickel were very good and the customer service for the whole stay left very little to be desired. I'm so bad with names, but everyone I interacted with throughout the booking process was truly a delight! Especially Natalie!!!

My only complaints are small and not really a detractor to staying at Hotel Teatro. 1. They had run out of a dairy free option for coffee on our first morning. 2. There was scotch tape around the doorframe between rooms. 3. The rain shower head, while very very nice to stand under, splashed a lot of water under the shower door. I will definitely stay here again!
