The manager had checked me in and was so completely friendly and professional. The security of the hotel was great as well as the parking. Will definitely be staying here again.

It was close to our event we attended and the hot breakfast was delicious and the parking was included in the price. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, the room and everything was clean.

Gentlemen at night could check us in the key didn¿t work. Then he tried to upgrade us to suite but it was two queen beds. He finally got us into our original room and made keys for us. But took over an hour to get into room after long drive!!! Ugh!!!

This is the second time staying at this hotel. I like it because it is clean which is most important for me.

The breakfast is undesirable. Coffee is very weak. Had to go somewhere else to eat.

location, location, location. No parking fee, free breakfast and indoor pool and spa were just what we were looking for. Susan who works in the evening is so kind and friendly. Loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Short drive to attractions

The pool looked gross. The water seemed clean but the pool bottom was stained an dirty looking. And the surface that you sit on in the hot tub was scratchy and rough and uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly!

Our bathroom smelt of sewage. It wasn't a strong scent and we masked it with some vanilla spray, but it was still there every once in a while.

Room was clean and comfortable! Easy access to I-25 and the Pepsi center which was good for us. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options. Never made it to pool so can't comment on that. Did like the fact that it was open late.

Hotel staff were friendly especially the front desk staff. There was a power outage and she handled it with grace and assured us all would be okay.

They did not clean the areas behind/under the toilet. I saw several strands of hair there.
