I did not get the room that I had picked, the bathroom was dirty! The elevator was dirty! The outside dooors were not all working! There is dog poop all over the perimeter!

Our rooms cooling system did not work and it was very hot. The sofa bed was only enough for one person to comfortably sleep on. This was a bit misleading in terms of planning beds.

The indoor pool was freezing! When I called to see if it was open they should have told me yes, it is open but we are having some difficulties keeping the water warm. And there was no hot tub¿

There was a pullout couch that had blood stains on it, when my wife called the front desk, they said they would come to the room, but never did, which made the couch unused and less space. Unhappy about it

The staff of this hotel were like friends by the time we left. We enjoyed the front desk ladies very much during our stay. They would ask what we did for the day and just really did a great job making sure our stay was perfect.

Honestly, no. This hotel deserved every bit of my 5-star review.

Attentiveness of staff from the time I checked in. They wanted to make sure I had a great stay. They were friendly and personable.

Staff was awesome. I brought my own coffee and the young man at the desk went out of his way to find me coffee filters. Ceiling light was out in kitchen, they sent someone to fix it. This was a business stay with my husband.

Could of used a few more things in kitchen, as I cooked our meals. Maybe, some salt and pepper, maybe some spices? A few more pans. Regardless, it was a very pleasant stay.

Even during covid they managed to keep pool and laundry open also served hot breakfast which is important

the staff was super friendly. i was staying there for my birthday & i came back one day to a surprise left from the staff. they gifted me $3 complimentary pantry bucks, a piece of cake & a card signed by the staff. Ive never had a hotel do that for me!

not necessarily, the only thing i thought was odd (not sure if it was because of covid or not) i stayed there 6 nights and not once did housekeeping come. i didn't mind that much but i did have a lot of trash

Coffee pot bad, no USB ports in room. No trash pickup in room. No way to have a tub unless I upgrade to a suite?

Its very clean and the rooms are awesome..kick back relax or go shopping at the mall..agreat time..we will difently come back..the staff was awesome.

This hotel was very nice and clean. It looked brand new, as if we were the first guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An easy drive from the airport.

On the pricey side but still good.
