My room smells so bad like cigarettes. My lamp didn't even work and the TV sucked couldn't watch half the channels and the picture quality sucked. There was also hair in my sheets and pillows.

Nice staff, breakfast very early

The rooms were disgusting and dirty. The bedsheets had fresh bloodstains on them, weren't changed daily

It was absolutely disgusting , people doing drugs and selling drugs right outside the window. The first room we went into we walked in and walked right outside there was blood on the bed and smelt like something was rotting inside. The fridges aren’t cold

The roaches, bed bugs, the dirty rooms, broken unusable amenities, and the house keeping staff.

Location and price , breakfast

The hot was under repair and the noise from that was outrageous.... the whole hotel smelled like weed.. and we were charged 150$ extra for our pet.

The room was nice and clean

The pool and hot tube was cold.

Nice and clean, everything was in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and powerful. The towels were thick and absorbent. It was in a quiet location.

The coffee at the breakfast nook was low quality. Good coffee is not expensive. Pealing the hard boiled eggs was like chipping concrete. They should watch a YouTube video on how to properly boil eggs so that they peal easily.

The towels were very skimpy . The breakfast was awful. Ended up not eating there at all. However, The room was clean.

I liked not getting my deposit back that's for sure.

Yes I didnt like the rude house keeping and breakfast staff. I don't know why they kept my deposit. I tried calling several times and got no answer or told I would get a call from the manager and I got nothing.

The staff was minimal & absent, the room was small & dirty, the bed was horrible, the pillows sucked, the entire hotel smelled bad, bathroom was small & set up poorly, AC barely worked, TV was a pain to get to work, no space for clothes, TERRIBLE hotel!

The hotel staff was not very professional, did not know what was for breakfast when we asked, & the pool was not available, which would be nice to know before confirming or even at check in.

The hotel remodel is near completion and the upgrades are amazing! Love it!

Still seeing some undesired people looking around the parking lot, but the hotel is making effort to address that issue!

The location

The room; the sink was clogged up. The bathroom switch was faulty, the sheets looked dingy.

The bed had so many stains. The door had a large gap in the bottom. The floor was dirty.

Lack of friendlyness of front desk staff. ask twice to have the smoke dector battery replaced, never was fixed. had to listen to it beeping constantly. no coffee no breakfast no pool. no coffee in room. all these things were listed as being there

Had roaches and nothing works not even the toilet

This was the shadiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Turns out, it was actually more of a halfway house than a hotel. Most of the people there were long term residents and a lot of them just out of prison. Many homeless people all around the outside too.

Nothing at all. Drug deals and gangbangers have taken control of this hotel. Front end staff useless.

Everything, I didn't stay longer than 10 minutes, packed my stuff and left. Did not stay the night and could not find any staff to talk about checking out or a refund so I just left.

Broken shower door, broken front door, sketchy crowd outside our window all night, lamps glued down, missing iron, fruit flies
