Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Central Park

The rooms were clean, spacious and very pleasant to stay in.

I wish the breakfast had more selections and also, if you could have an omelet stand and pastries.

We really liked how big the room was.

Homeless standing outside, but the hotel can't necessarily control that at all times. The manager did ask a few people to leave and looked outside while we were checking in, which we appreciated.

The staff was wonderful they gave us extra milk for our baby so we didn't have to go to the store and I was sick so I really appreciated it.

The location and the hotel was clean

The breakfast was very ordinary. The reception staff for some reason was always away. We had to call the hotel standing near to get their attention front desk

Cleanliness. The halls, lobby area and room we’re all very clean. The housekeeping staff would only come every 4 days which was fine with us during these covid times. Breakfast was available every morning...handed to you. Convenient location!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that our room had a kitchenette with a full size fridge and table. Breakfast was good.

The beds where not as comfortable as I was hoping. It is hard for me to travel because I can not find a hotel that has a comfortable bed.

The only thing amiss was a dirty rag left on the shelf in the bathroom.

The room was incredible but I'd be lying if I said breakfast wasn't my favorite part of the stay. Each morning they had enough options, both hot and cold that during our week long stay I could have had something different everyday. Great hotel overall.

My only complaint was the fact that the spa was out of service for 7 of the 8 days we were there. I understand things break down but a "spa" was one of my search criteria.

Rooms and cleanliness

Checking in, the front desk representative was rude. My room was paid for, and she had a problem with the card I was using for incidentals. She was rude and condescending as if my card wasn't good enough for status. They only used 20.00 for incidentals, and she acted if Chime Card wasn't good enough. When I used the card for paiding for the room. Make it make sense.

Everything was fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Arrived and 2 other families were waiting at the front desk to check in and no one was there. They said they had been waiting a while. We only waited maybe 5 minutes and the front desk lady came back and got everyone checked in.

They did not take my Chime credit OR debit card to pay for the stay, so they cancelled our booking and sent us elsewhere when I told them that was our only form of payment, and that there was no disclaimer saying it wasn’t an accepted form of payment. It’s through Visa. The guy said it’s because they get too much fraud through Chime, then proceeded to berate me about what a “real bank” is.
