Hampton Inn Denver-International Airport

The construction was a surprise. I didn’t like paying for parking because the location was within a certain distance from the airport. We could have stayed. At the other Hampton Inn a mile further away had we been told.

The Hotel is immaculately clean and amenities are very nice.

Yes. The front desk lady, was extremely rude to our party. I did not appreciate her calling me names.

Refrigerator and h ax were very loud and we received a unrequested wake up call at 3:45 am.

It was clean and well maintained. The front desk employee was extremely helpful even when busy

Cheap rate but paid for it with someone breaking into my car. Staff wasn?t very helpful on the situation. Also their security cameras don?t work. Spend more money and go stay some where else.

The airport shuttle, clean room, reasonable price, and friendly staff.

The shuttle driver and front desk were all wonderful ¿¿. The diner next store was excellent! The pool was perfect!!! Breakfast wasn¿t the best, but still ok to get you up and going. Yes, I would stay again.

The manager and staff were courteous polite and helpful and knowledgeable about the area

The plumbing is loud. It sounds like the walls were not insulated.

The proximity and ease of getting to the airport, as well as the nightly rate is why I chose the Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and our stay was comfortable.

The sewer backed up and they couldn¿t get us into a new room. Had to leave a day early after a very miserable night smelling sewer.

Sewage smell made my elderly mother and I sick on the 5th floor. Ongoing issue that is not being resolved.

Big rooms

Wish there was a hot tub but my only major issue was one of the pillows on the bed did not look very clean.

I arrived in Denver and called for a shuttle at the airport on Oct 3, 2012 at 9:42 pm. The shuttle arrived 10:25 pm. When the shuttle arrived the drive drove pass the hotel stops & never made a complete stop I had to run after the shuttle.....

They charged my card 3 times with only one time being authorized. Still trying to get my money back.

Breakfast and staff. Gym was nice as well.

Pool was alright, no hot tub. Water was a bit cold. We did book a double twin room and were given a single king.
