Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel

The rooms are very large. Love the little sofa in the room and two tvs. Had a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. if we ever need another hotel in downtown Denver we will be staying here.

I paid a good amount of money for this room only for my TV not to work and the "manager" to say he can't do nothing about it...

It?s is very pretty and our room was nice, a king bed. I?ve stayed in different downtown hotels, our room was decent sized with a cool city view and a fun ledge you can sit on and watch the activity below.

House keeping knocked 3 times before checkout .

The suite is very nice and what I would expect.

The staff had shut down the bar and restaurant by 9:30 at what is supposed to be a high quality hotel. The property does not deliver at a Renaissance quality level.

Location

Staff not responsive, last night we were there a water leak happened and flooded the floor where we stayed, it took forever for their engineer to show up and check it out then it was an emergency for them, rooms and hallway were flooded.

Lobby

Room and internet. Rm had no drawers for clothes. Internet did not connect due to system issues.

This hotel is my favorite, by far, of any other hotel in Denver. In fact, I am so impressed every time that I stay, that I'll be getting a room as a gift for my brother when he comes into town the 29 through the 30th. Well above the star rating shown.

I had an issue after checking in and the manager rectified the issue right away. Hotel employee was very pleasant and professional

It was very clean. Staff were friendly. Rooms were great size. It was centrally located. Everything is with in walking distance.

Everything from the valet to the reservationists was perfect. Great room, great bed and pillows.

Great lobby and bar with convenience location.

No parking without valet service at $59/night. This was not noted anywhere at booking and was an expensive hassle. Would not have booked had I known but instead was surpised with the expense and having to let someone into my car with my belongings.

The location was amazing. We were able to walk or catch public transportation to any place we wanted to go.

This hotel was perfect for us and met all of our needs. The lobby in public areas were beautiful. The rooms were sufficient. However, the bathrooms were starting to show a bit of age.

Such a beautiful hotel and an upscale experience with such easy access to downtown!

The parking situation isn¿t the best, we did not love that we had to pay to park in the nearby parking garage, we felt there should be some kind of validation situation where parking would be free.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Easy to walk to grab a bite or go shopping. Rooms are spacious and staff very welcoming.

Location is great. Block away from 16th street mall.

Requested daily cleaning service, as we have 2 kids. Never came unless we re-requested each day. They cleaned the room nicely for us the first day, but after that they only changed our towels and pulled up our sheets.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to sites I wanted to visit downtown.

Only entrance to the hotel at the time was through valet parking doors. We walked around the building multiple times from the parking garage just trying to find the entrance

The location was great.

No housekeeping, even though we were there for 3 days. The main light in the room was burnt/didn¿t work. They only gave 1 towel per person for 3 days. The one towel I had for the 3 days I was there was torn down the middle.
