    Pros +

    • Location is good, it is at the edge of downtown, short drive away from most popular attractions, but far enough that parking lots next door charged only about $14 on weekdays and $5 on weekends. Clean hotel, breakfast had enough options.
    • Spacious. Has an indoor pool and fitness center.
    • It was clean, comfy beds, and very close to where we were going.

    Cons -

    • We could not find a light switch in our room other than the one around the corner of our L-shaped room in the middle of the two beds. Awkward to walk that much in the dark just to turn on a weak light.
    • Only minor things: The fitness center was not 24 hours. The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was nearly empty. Though the front desk person said they would address this, it was not when I came back. I had to ask the lady cleaning the floors to do it.
    • NO PARKING. You had to pay a 45.00 a night fee to valet or park on the street with meters which would wake you up early to go put money in. VERY INCONVENIENT. That was my only complaint.

Conveniently close to everything. Walked everywhere

    Only one working elevator

Great location. The ladies did a wonderful job for breakfast. The front desk employees were very nice. And informative.

I did not like the design of the bathroom it wasn't big enough for the size of door.

They were so nice and helpful with any thing. The room was clean.

    People were very nice

My shower wouldn't drain so it was pretty gross filled with hair

The hotel was quiet and in a good location. The breakfast was decent.

The fact that there was only one working elevator and after looking at reviews, it seems to have been like that for some time now. The room could have been a little cleaner, the baseboards in the bathroom needed cleaning and it seemed that some of the surfaces in the room were not wiped down.

The bed was good. The bathroom nice and clean. They offered extras in case you forget something.

The room lights were TOO low, I needed to pack and it was hard for me to be able to see. The breakfast included too many sweet things but we had no cheese or ham. The coffee was served in disposable cups same as the plates, therefore the amount of trash that they generate was astonishing for us.

    Passable

Hotel is not in a great area. Not sure of the history but it seems like a office building made into hotel. Also paying $45 per day for parking is excessive. We have stayed in denver many times and would not stay at this hotel in this location again. Can't understand why the rating was high.

    1AmandaPosted on: 2-10-2026

Nothing I did not end up staying at the hotel I stayed at another hotel which was clean and had the appropriate amenities.

It was dirty and customer service was awful property was dirty exterior surroundings not safe for family settings homeless and drugged people having access to property is a scary thing! Dirty dirty room and common areas do not recommend staying here when traveling with family or alone.

    7HezronPosted on: 2-2-2026

The breakfast, room and location were very good.

We were asked to pay extra money when checking into the hotel. We later learnt that the extra money was being charged as a contingency which they had not indicated anywhere that they were going to charge us. It was really unprofessional.

    One elevator

    10KathyPosted on: 1-20-2026

The place was clean and the staff was so courteous and very helpful! Felt like coming home

Only comment is the towels could be softer

    7JamesPosted on: 1-20-2026

Nice downtown location and room was a good value.

Valet parking was too expensive and no parking on the street. Instead pay parking lot was next door but had to pay twice (1st on arrival and then at midnight for the next morning hours until I checked out)

    6DeborahPosted on: 1-19-2026

The tables were not wiped off after people left. Tables were wobbly. Breakfast was good.

Parking is terrible. There is none except valet for $90 for two nights. Thankfully I was there on a weekend and only had to pay $5 for each night but I had to get up at midnight each night and renew it. We had to change rooms because our bathroom smelled like a sewer. Our new room was good, and we did not have any trouble changing rooms. The picture on their website is deceiving. The rats come out at night and run all along the building getting in the trash. They definitely need more carts for their guest and PLEASE fix the elevator. The wait for the elevator is terrible.

Good location.Everything is in walking distance food entertainment ect...

Good location. But the junkies are all around the outside and around the back. Basically by all the exits except the front door. They need to be more clear on the 200 deposit added to the total bill and weather or not they will be returning it. That need to be mentioned when and if someone calls in advance. The young guy clerk said they take cash. But forces me to pay with a card. But told everyone behind me. My girlfriend heard his say they can pay with cash at the end of their stay. Unfair and I only say him the night I checked in. After that he was not in sight for the next four days. Unprofessional

    7LeahPosted on: 1-19-2026

It was clean, comfortable, had what we needed

It was really difficult to use the stairs because they all let out in such different places, the location was safe but just wasn’t as close to things as we thought it would be for walking, and one of the staff was very friendly but the others were not.

    8SpritePosted on: 1-19-2026

The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was not bad. They are very pet friendly.

The location of the hotel was downtown so there was just a lot going on as far as car traffic goes. We called ahead of time prior to checking it to see if we could check in early because we had been on the road all night and they told us the earliest was 11. Well come time, we were not able to check in early! So we were disappointed about that.
