Pros +

Quiet neighborhood since it was a room in a house in a neighborhood.

Cons -

That it was not a hotel so was surprised to find a room in a home. Should have been listed as such! Hosts and price were fine but usual hotel accommodations were not available: coffee, exit/access w/o going through private space, private bath in/on room
