Very overpriced for the experience. while the room was claan, they outside was not, the hotel/resort did NOT look at all like the ads; under construction, while i understand that they are remodeling ,but, ---$ for two nights is very excessive .

Breakfast had a huge variety. Public lobby areas/seating very nice. Pleasant place to hang out. Spacious room.

Falling apart curtains and some of them would not raise up. Tiny indoor pool. Very slippery tile floor in pool area.

Was put in a room that literally faced a concrete building, opening the windows was depressing. The pool was tiny and dirty. Mainly because of the view I would never stay here again. What type of room widows face a concrete building?

Had request king bed got a 2 queen bedroom, and the blinds did not work properly

Room was run down, dirty. Door on room didn?t always close properly. Sheets had hair on them. Hot Breakfast was mediocre. Doors lock at 10am, and no one was paying attention to let us into the Lobby to check in. Signage was confusing for hotel name

Yes they overcharged my car and I can?t get my money back. They say they will call back and they don?t !

I loved the bartender, she was friendly & good at her job.

One thing that drove me insane was the flickering light by the windows at the bar. It happened constantly & if the bartender wasn?t so nice I would have went somewhere else!

It was downtown and located near public transporation. It felt safe in the area. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture.

The elevators/lobby restroom required use of room key. I understand this is to keep people who don't belong there from using the hotel. TV did not respond very well to the remote, hard to turn on and off, changing channels was a pain.

The location

It says that breakfast is served til 11am. In our last day we went down at 10:30am and kitchen was already closed. Hate how we had to pay an additional $20 each night for parking across the street. The hotel should have its own parking.

The room and bathroom were fantastic!

The staff was completely unaccommodating. Basics like an hour or so early check in (said yes then wasnt ready until 3pm), and/or a measly 30 minute late check out time was flippantly denied. I booked a king bed room, but was given two doubles instead.

The staff was very kind pleasant and helpful it was a very comfortable and delightful and comfortable rest

I did not like the scheduling and a check in the reservations because it's somewhat conflicted with my schedule so in the event of that I always overslept past the checkout and I would like to extend my greatest gratitude to the Curtis hotel

The itinerary said check in ANYTIME after 3pm. The staff was rude and told me that they didnt have to let me into a room until 6pm. I booked rooms across the street at the HyattI highly recommend booking there instead.

The breakfast spread was amazing.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. Stained furniture all over the lobby and my room. Splatter stains on the headboard and nightstand. The room felt disgusting. USB outlets were broken, as was the Guide function on the TV.

Close enough to downtown, quite, and the breakfast option were great

I did ask for water to the front ladies and they seem bother also the parking fee seems high

The attendant at the breakfast was very courteous.

Room was not ready at 3:00 PM! Mattress was extremely uncomfortable- way too hard. Not enough towels. Asked four times. Finally went to the front desk and they gave us two bathroom floor mats for towels.

The room was a spacious and easily fit us all in it.

There was a fire alarm that went off and none of us had any idea till we came down stairs to hear it. Disappointing to know that some guests didn¿t become aware of what was going on.

I liked the spacious room and cleanliness of the space.

I was bummed the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay. I was told it would reopen early on the morning of my departure but I kept checking in until 9am and it wasn't open. -It was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel!

Nothing, nothing was good

The staff were HORRIBLE, rude inconsiderate, and wasted my time. Every time you needed something they acted like you were inconveniencing them, I have been traveling for work, for 6 weeks working remotely and this hotel was by far the worst.
