Easy to find, quiet, nicely appointed, great location

The room and the location were great. Everything was clean and useful.

I asked for a 3pm check in time, which is the normal check in time at most hotels and airbnbs. We had an event to get ready for and wanted to check in and change before heading out. It was difficult to know who exactly to send the message to, but I send it through the Sonder app and another email that was on reservation confirmation. It was not clear to whom to communicate with. I was told there would be an additional $20 fee for every hour of early check in. This is reasonable, but having such a late check-in makes it necessary for many. The communication was very unfriendly, probably an AI response.

So much potential, repairs needed.

Door lock and dryer were both broken prompting a lot of communication with staff. Two of us got locked in the bathroom at separate times and it was terrifying. Very lacking in towels for 3 people.

This was a great location for getting to different areas within RiNo. We used scooters for longer rides, and bikes to get to Confluence Park. There were pods for doing laundry in our unit, which was extremely helpful. Bed was firm and didn't sag in the middle.It was really exactly what we needed. No specific frills, no check-in desk, just a very minimal experience, which we loved. There is nothing I would have changed.

No communication, no staff, customer service was horrible, was charged more than the price that was confirmed.

Super clean, huge apartment, got 2br instead of 1 which is cool, fully equipped kitchen: you can cook if you need. Washing and drying machines, and pods included which is nice

The kitchen needed a few more things. There was no cutting boards, needed basics like salt and pepper, maybe some olive oil.The luggage storage was limited.

Terrible customer service

This was by far the most difficult and frustrating booking experience that I have had in years, and I travel a LOT! First, I received an email rejecting my check-in time. Then, I kept getting confirmation request emails from Sonder with links, but the links never worked. After about the 5th one over several days, I just had to call them, which wasn't an easy process. I was sorely disappointed in this location's service as a Marriott member. The staff were incredibly unhelpful in all requests. I would not book here again.

It was ok in general. Good size, and good amenities for the time of my stay.

We had one issue with the building entrance door pin lock. Some numbers were not working. Also, a minor inconvenience is that parking is directly on the street.

The flat was perfect, super clean, and in an amazing spot! Tons of restaurants nearby, and I loved Denver Market, just a 10-minute walk away. The street felt safe, even at night. Free street parking, and I always found a space. I'll definitely stay there again next year.

Shower, too weak, but not a deal breaker.

Great location

The door code didn't work when I arrived but was fixed quickly after getting support on the phone. On the last day there wasn't any hot water in shower and the shower had very little water pressure.

We decided to laundry late at night and the dryer wasn't working. I used the option in the app to speak with someone and we had someone come fix the dryer within 10 min!

There was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got super wet. Also the shower spray was more of a trickle.

The property is in a fantastic location in the RiNo district of Denver and is an easy walk from the 38th and Blake train station. The neighborhood is vibrant - filled with restaurants and bars as well as wonderful independently-owned shops.Our apartment featured two bedrooms with a large bathroom, as well as a cozy living area with a pull-out sofa.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

It was walking distance to a lot of stuff and easy to get into, nice small kitchenette and laundry in unit.

The rooms are set up weird with not a lot of space and layout doesn’t really make sense.The staff couldn’t be more useless if they tried. I reached out before asking if there were steps to get inside and if so I’d have to book a second place for my handicapped friend - they said yes, but they were wrong. There are no stairs and I wasted $300 to get him a special separate hotel.Upon arrival, they overcharged me for an extra night, they charged me for a late checkout while I was still there and hadn’t even checked out, they didn’t answer or follow up when I asked for help.They say there is an “essentials closet” if you need anything but all it has is a couple towels and coffee and toilet paper. It is advertised as having 3 beds but there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch.When you contact their 24-7 help text they say they’ll help ASAP then they change their mind and say they’re not available. They also tell you there are people working there during the day but I spent 3 days there and didn’t see another soul and nobody ever came by to help.There’s also a homeless person who sleeps by the back door and had a full Camp set up so you can’t get out or in.And, they advertise free parking right in front and on the first night my car got broken into overnight while parked right in front of my room.

Avoid Sonder

This was a very bad experience booking with a Sonder property via Booking.com. I booked en route to Denver from Colorado Springs. Upon arrival, I checked my emails regarding check-in but saw there was a message stating that my payment didn't go through. (I had been using the same card with booking.com for the past six properties on my Colorado trip, so there was nothing wrong with the card.) I contacted Sonder about the reservation and they said the payment didn't go through but someone else had booked within the last 15-20 minutes so it now wasn't available. The representative tried to connect me to another property nearby but, magically, they were all much more expensive. I ended up booking elsewhere with Booking.com. This almost seemed like a bait-and-switch tactic by Sonder and it was all very disappointing.
