Clean and well maintained. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best I?ve had at a hotel.

The kitchen sink faucet in room 122 was only loosely attached to the countertop. I was surprised by the $15 parking fee.

Clean, spacious rooms

Pay parking is ridiculous. This is not in the middle of a city with limited parking - just a suburban, industrial area - no reason for pay parking.

The room was pretty and a nice size.

This was not a nonsmoking hotel as the place reeked of strong pot smoke as soon as you walked in. The entire first floor lobby, elevators, and third floor hallways stunk. The room smelled of cheap cologne so bad we had to open the window in 20° temps

Security took their job a little too seriously. It made me very uncomfortable when I was retrieving something from my car or sitting in my car at dark. There is no shuttle which was a big rain I picked this hotel and the fee to park is $12 per night.

Had a great stay! Exceptionally quiet. Didn't hear any noise from hallways or other rooms.

No phone number to connect to find shuttle. Turns out no shuttle. It was terrible. No help No service

never got there- there was no shuttle, to cabs, no Ubers, no rental cars..huge number of people stranded at the Denver airport.

that they refused to give me a refund for a room I was unable to get too. I spent the night on the AirPort floor.

The chair & ottoman in our queen suite badly needs to be replaced - badly. Material is badly worn, ripped & flaking off.

Good and clean. Good breakfast (omelet, waffles, etc). The airport takes about 20 minutes.

There are not many restaurants next to the hotel.

The Staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was perfect and the location met my needs for my trip...I WILL GO BACK

Beautiful hotel, great location, and the price was outstanding. Continental breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast area was very inviting.

Very friendly, helpful front-desk staff; free airport shuttle was a breeze to take; pillow-top bed extremely comfortable; great bathroom amenities; kitchenette really convenient; thank you for making recycling bins available in the lobby and in every room

Did not receive the paid for room. Mgmt did not show any concern. Breakfast until 10am, they were out of several items by 9:20am. The lady running the center said no refills. The garbage can in room had not been emptied and the sheets had not been changed

Location was great, close to multiple dining. The room was clean and large.

The staff at the front desk was awesome. They were generous and took the time to make my stay the best. I asked for a late check out and they were very accommodating. The shuttle service was also great and used it several times.

The door to the bathroom was heavy and bump against the wall locking the bathroom door.
