Location, big room, nice beds

The rooms were comfortable and nice. The balcony was also a nice feature.

This was my least favorite hotel ive stayed at in Denver. We were locked out of the hotel multiple times(the last time was past midnight with other hotel guests). There were broken windows out front and you had to walk through glass to get in.

Location is awesome Denver downtown is alive with awesome food and events and you just outside where all the live events are going definitely will come back again

If your driving parking is an obstacle you want to avoid the elevator want working but overall the experience outweighed those issues

The elevator didn't work.The heating, cooling system made noise. The hot water was luke warm. When we complained we were kicked out the last day.

The front door was heavily damaged with shattered glass. Some food items in the room were expired. The lamps didnt work properly and the sink faucet seemed like it wasnt even attached. Overall good stay but needs a massive renovation.

I like the location, the design, cleanliness, and how easy I could message to get in and out of my room or change my reservations were.

I wish there was a towel hook and a bit colder air conditioning. Nothing big!

Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and professional. Very overworked, but incredibly pleasant

Great location just a few blocks away from Coors Field. The communication was very quick and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and didn’t hear the night club at all.

Stay away from this scam.. dont expect to get your money back from anything.. dirty rooms

Motel 6 is better.. this place was dirty upon arrival.. the plumbing has issues. And they will blame you for everything.. shady business for sure... there is no sound proofing so you hear the nightclub down stairs and the other rooms partying ...

The room was cute but horrible dusty…you could see piles of dust on top of appliances and on the walls….you could literally draw on the walls in the dust/dirt

There was noooo elevator, and I had a heavy suitcase with 8 weeks of necessities. I could not climb the stairs because I was not trying to get injured. As stated above, I was traveling alone. I do not recommend this place to anyone who may have heavy luggage. I can't speak on what it looked like on the inside since I never made it up the stairs.

Your site says no elevator, not we can't accommodate wheelchair users. You kept my money with a no return policy after putting me on the 4th floor. I'm paralyzed at the nipple from gun shot wounds. You didn't communicate in any way and stole my money without me being able to get up the stairs with my belongings.

Everything involving you stealing my money and not refunding. No elevator on your web site didn't say handicap not welcome.

The property is good. Very clean and comfortable. I won’t take that away from them.

But the staff is ugh! Big no! Tho the staff are not there in person and only communicate through email or phone but that would not stop you from getting the rude and unprofessionalism from them. First you can’t check it prior to 3pm not even 15 min early or you pay 35 bucks. Also any inquiries will have you punching the wall because they are extremely rude with bad customer service.

Perfect location , close to downtown area. Newly remodeled bathroom ir restroom. Clean bed, balcony, nice lobby. Safety is solved perfectly.

Night club under the room made unbearable noise until 2A M. Air conditioner didn't work on cooling regime.There's no elevator to the second floor, which is quite high.After adding parking fee, the total price would be $ 145.

The hotel is very well located, near Union Station and 16th Mall street. Besides that, everything was decent. I especially praise the client service that was easily reachable and ready to help anytime.

The floor wasn't fully clean. There is a sensitive clogging system, so you need to throw your toilet paper in a separate bin. Besides that, there tends to be quite some noise, both in the building and in the neighborhood, especially in the weekends. Be carefull if you have a non-US credit card, because not all credit cards are accepted (I had "Mastercard Debit" for which it did not work).
