Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center

Room was large, clean, and well appointed. Lobby is lovely and spacious.

They only had one person checking in guests and the process was very slow. When we returned later to get our room keys, again, just one person at the desk with a long line because of the slow process.

Clean and due to snow/ice they kept the entrance, hallways, and outdoor sidewalks wiped down and shoveled. They care about the safety of hotel guests. The breakfast was amazing and every staff member was friendly

I was happy with my experience; however, I would prefer parking be included in the daily rate so that its one transaction on my billing statement.

Lobby smelled like sewage and no pool and the rooms linens could have used some upgrading.

Yes! Arrogance of the front desk staff during check in about parking garage. It should be more clear that parking isn¿t included when you book the hotel. The price charged was high. The unknown parking charges would of made me book elsewhere.

Location was convenient, the staff was friendly, the room was large and spacious, everything appeared clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I was sad they raised the price by 3x what I originally paid when I was trying to extend my stay by one night.

Perfect location. I was in town for a trial and the courthouse was a block away. It was a nice 5-minute walk. 16th Street mall was only a couple blocks away in the opposite direction.

The hotel no longer offers grocery delivery, as advertised online and on the in-room TV hotel guide. However, I was able to arrange grocery delivery directly through King Soopers¿ fulfillment center and had food delivered at 5am!

unfriendly from t desk staff. - at check in there was no one present we waited near five minutes for someone to appear. This applied only to reception in the ladies doing breakfast were real attentive

Dirty brown spots on the wall in bathroom vanity area and on door in shower area. Tile floor looked gross by the stains in vanity area.

I didn¿t like my first experience in the lobby or the expensive parking , and then hoping the room would make up for that, and find a dreary , cramped , worn out room,I will not recommend

Building is newer and is centrally located downtown if your trip centers around downtown Denver.

Rooms were clean, but we did encounter cockroaches in our room on two occasions during our five night stay. Room was large and well appointed.

I was slightly disappointed with breakfast. I am Used to pancakes and waffles as options. There were none. It none. Just be careful. There are lots of people on drugs, mental illness and homeless in the area. No one really bothered me h
