Dirty room, no towels, no phone

The location

Everything the room was filthy not ada and the staff was disrespectful and icky

It was convenient

People banging on the walls late night Man complaining that he paid for head services and slamming the door loudly. No ice buckets Doors barely secure if I would have been staying by myself I would’ve gotten a new hotel I was in fear

It was a getto. All I can smell is weed, people fighting, roaches, bugs, and the room was trash.

Literally nothing

The location, the parking lot, the room was dirty and not prepped well. Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned, stains everywhere. Bathroom was falling apart. Furniture had stains. No microwave in the room after was told there would be one.

The absolute worst. It needed paint , the repair work was recently done and not painted, there was evidence of a bed being recently moved. The flooring was peeling in spots.. The shower bathtub was stained. The room had an odor. The furnishings terrible

We were kept awake all night by a party that management did nothing about I had to call the police at 3 am

Breakfast was included. Staff at the reception.

Location, cleanliness.

Restaurant next door.

Yeah they advertise a pool which they got rid of 5 years before, they are also not downtown!

Room smell of smoke in a non smoking room - door didn?t close properly- stain on wall.

Everything broken door, room not very clean, no pool when stated there was a pool

That they let me extend my room another night without having me move rooms. Caus ei hate that the most when hotels make you move rooms like if you really wanted to

The tv is too small and it was too dark. Not enough wall plug ins to charge your things. Every plug in is either being used by the equipment they have in the room already

Staff were total pros

Rooms are very tired and the whole place needs a freshen up. It's sort of a national group and this location doesn't match what should be their minimum acceptable standard.

Staff was friendly.

Location was dismal. Rooms were outdated and overpriced. Horrible price point for what the hotel offered.Bathrooms were covered in drywall patched holes. Sinks are rusted. Shower was covered in grime. Nothing was truly clean about the room.

Nothing and btw it is far from even a 2 star¿.

I can¿t say anything good about this hotel. It was out dated (no big deal) however there was mold ALL over bathroom. Toilet didn¿t flush. Severe water damage to base boards. Paint pealing everywhere. So much nastiness I can¿t even go on. Got my money back

Filthy dirty, no blankets. Looked a 3 rooms which were either f irrelevant or smelled like urine, cigarette smoke. 4th room, the bed a nd bathtub were clean, however the floor was dirty, my feet stuck to it as I walked barefoot across it.

For staff to do what is beinging asked we asked for the room to be cleaned no one came to clean our room. Everything was old and dirty. We had to go to front desk when we need new clean towels

There really wasn't anything about the hotel that was redeeming

When we booked the room they didn't have a map to the room and they wouldn't tell me where the room was they made me walk around looking for the room in the middle of the night and it's not a safe area the breakfast with sparse but the coffee was decent

The guy at the front desk was helpful

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We took one step inside the room and had to walk out because of the putrid smell. The whole room was unclean and carpets were threadbare. We should have realised when the pool was green and whole place dirty and old
