Items were stolen out of car after valet took keys.

I didn¿t like the fact that the room service ppl don¿t let you sleep, they¿ll be knocking on the doors, and wake u up, the guy even try to get in the room while we were sleeping and I was very clear when I first checked in that I didn¿t want to be bother

Great experience! Accommodating staff. Really nice breakfast in a reputable restaurant that is connected to hotel. Parking is paid valet or risk street parking. But very fair overall

It was farther away than I thought it would be from 16th Street. I was surprised that the hotel had no recycling buckets.

Staff was very unfriendly. In the description it said free parking and they said it was not. So had to pay --- plus tips for that.

The location was perfect for us. The bar tender was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The parking was too expensive but as we were attending a wedding and had valuables in the car we wanted the security. Otherwise we would use the public parking across the street. Need more towels in the room.

Unfortunately, the room I was in was over a giant transformer, and I had interrupted sleep from the EMF vibrations that were coming into the room. As well, there was a giant TV I think that that room needs to be neutralized from the electromagnetic stress

Breakfast buffer poor quality for $18 + tax +tip

I chose the hotel partly because it had a swimming pool. On the website it did not mention it was closed. That was disappointing for us.

I have never stayed here before but I like it a lot. the location is great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were the best part. The rooms were very large and comfortable.

no room service but I will be back. The actual cooked breakfast made up for it.

I love the location

Every staff member was very unwelcoming I was also given a handicap room and I¿m not handicap I didn¿t want the room but they staff members made me feel uncomfortable to ask them to change it. I would not recommend this hotel to no one

When trying to leave (525am) the guy getting our car was not too swift. We were trying to get an early start to miss the ski traffic and he could not find out car (which was parked out front) left his radio on the table so the front desk staff could not r

The location was good and also it was clean.

The staff were horrible. They checked in another guest to our room when we were there and the guest came into our room when we were sleep. It was terrifying. Also, the housekeeping was very rude.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shoutout to hotel employee for opening my wine bottle when I forgot my opener! Super safe hotel in safe location. Close to restaurants and Union Station. Very clean room with Netflix on the TV! Yay!

Convenience to train and other facilities

Would have appreciated advance notice (as in "day of...") that restaurant was to be closed one evening for a private event. Ended up going to bed without supper. Little disappointed in that.

Staff was awesome about moving our reservation date. Inside, the hotel was very clean and quiet.

Did not know going in that any parking on the property was required valet with $38 fee. Also, while the hotel can't do much about the neighborhood, there were people living on the sidewalk around the hotel.

Very comfortable,clean,quiet, and nice size lobby for guests to enjoy.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. No complaints whatsoever.
