Cons -
- My room was by a stairway door that was slamming all night and all morning. Couldn?t sleep. Complained about it and was offered a free bottle of water. Lol. They said a lot of other people had complained about it. But they didn?t do anything about it!
- People in room next to us were VERY loud from 9pm until 5am. Staff told us the people were a problem the night before as well - yet, they still assigned us a room right next door and allowed the situation to continue.
- Black hairs in the bathtub
