very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff, perfect location

I did not realize there was a $30 resort fee. It could be applied to meals at the hotel, so it was not a $30 loss, but would have preferred to know about it ahead of time.

Love the area where the hotel is located. It¿s a quick walk to Cherry Creek Mall, restaurants and other shops just down the street. The hotel was clean and perfect for an overnight getaway. Only complaint: parking. $65 per car and have to pay on street.

This was a wonderful hotel. The rooftop bar had a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. The bed was comfy, but the comforter worked a little too well and I had to kick it off once because I got to hot. The room was very modern with lots of outlets.

The toilet didn't always flush. I don't know if there was a trick or it was trying to keep me from using too much water, but sometimes when I hit the button it didn't flush.

Clean places. Nice friendly staff

The bed was firm, rooms were kind of small, awkward furniture that is not comfortable.

Took an hour to check in, was over charged by the hotel for parking (they billed me to park every night when I only parked there 2x. Had to make several calls and multiple trips down for towels. Staff would clearly rather be anywhere else.

The staff was the best I¿ve ever encountered! Staff went out of her way to make sure we got the best deal and service possible!

Room was very small for a 5 star hotel.

They did not have an airport shuttle They charged too much for wine They did not have a microwave, anywhere. They did not have any toothpaste

Great location. Front desk staff seemed preoccupied and somewhat less than friendly but that is partially attributable to COVID. There was an electrical issue in the room and the maintenance staff responded very quickly. Overall it was a great stay.

I bathtub or a hot tub would have been nice.
