Close to the Denver Health Hospital, easy to walk to.

It was dirty, the sheets/ comforter, kitchen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was better than I expected based on the reviews posted on other travel sites.

There was a LOT of cigarette and pot smoke that came in under the door from the hallway and the room next door. Staff said they would address it but it persisted all night. Also this motel is literally next door to a hospital so be prepared.

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in. Absolutely amazing staff, great location, and clean rooms. I felt very safe both in and around the hotel. The free breakfast was great and the hot choices changed daily.

They have laundry facility but it was out of order during my stay.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. My room also had a view of the Capitol and Cherry Creek, an added bonus.

The hotel smelled like marijuana the first two nights of my stay, and on the third night, the smell was gone. I could not smell it when I was in my room, and the smell when entering the building could have resulted from one guest smoking in their room.

The guy working the closing shift had a horrible attitude. I came in to check in and the first words out of his mouth were "whatcha want?". Then my toilet was boken and he still had horrible attitude. Still haven't got my $250 deposit back yet...

The location was dicey. The room was unacceptable. The tub/shower was dingy and rusted. The mattress was severally worn, misshapen, and completely y comfortable. The room was dirty.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. I would like to thank hotel employee for taking me to the 2022 Homecoming Events at Metropolitan State University Denver.

The only thing good about this hotel is that it's in downtown.

The staff was rude, and aggressive. The parking lot is unsafe and frequented by hoodlums. There is no security, staff has no uniforms, name tags or badges. Additionally the staff did not fill hand sanitizer and frequently did not wear masks.

Nothing!! upon rebooking for a 3rd night they knocked on our door, we said we dont need service. They said this is front desk we need to enter your room to make sure no body is dead in there..it has been 10 days and our deposit is still pending,unreturned

Absolutely. The hotel staff was by far the most dude hotel staff we have experienced so far on our 3 month vacation. They were not welcoming nor inviting, they never had a smile on their face, and made us feel like asking for a new key was outrageous.

The staff members were exceptional. Very nice, and very helpful in all areas. Also, the complimentary shuttle was very good.

I think the $25/night parking fee for this location is too expensive. Perhaps $10/night would be okay.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was a full kitchen with even a dishwasher, the breakfast was good.

The location was great close to downtown Denver and the shops and restaurants on South Broadway. The property was super clean and modern - much more than I expected for the star rating and price. I was very happy with my choice.

The staff was very friendly. Nicest group of people I have ever experienced at a hotel. I interacted with many of them and they all went out of their way to be helpful and kind. The hotel locale was ok but the shuttle to downtown made up for it.
