The water pipes started knocking very early. Music playing all night could be heard.
Bed was very comfortable and was nice to still be able to get coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. Location right at the base of the mountain.
Room was extremely small, rustic furniture from the past, heat was intermittent, outside stairs/room entry for 2nd floor, bath fan so loud could not use, broken bath light shade, my garage TV is bigger, thin walls to hear next door music/TV. High cost.
Deadbolt stuck while we were in the room, locking us in. Staff were quick to respond and called a locksmith to repair the problem but it was a little unnerving. Otherwise great.

Staff was most pleasant & willing to help in any way. The lobby was very welcoming and they had lots of information on local things to do.
Bathroom floor had lots of hairs on it - otherwise clean. No extra kleenex box and we ran out that evening. Policy posted a non-smoking property, but many smoking both cigarettes & MJ. No staff on property at night to monitor. Will not go back!
Great location with easy access to hiking and all activities in Crested Butte and Crested Butte Mountain as well as adjoining area. Hotel is small and intimate. Had everything that we needed. Breakfast is included.
No complaints on hotel. Didn't like guest who set off car alarm 2 mornings in a row @ 5:30.

A bit noisy bathrooms. Loud noise when vistors in other rooms were using it. The size of room for two is a bit smallish.
Staff/management were top-notch. Breakfast options were better and deeper than expected. Location is an easy stroll to the ski hill - 1 to 2 blocks. But most of all, this inn is very welcoming to dogs and their owners. Perfect! Thank you!!
