King bed. sink. The best part of the hotel is that it makes us appreciate our home. We have a real view, a deck that we can sit at and read and enjoy. We also can park. We don't get surprise charges for parking or "Resort Fees" This 4 star hotel has

access is ridiculous. The "valley view" was a joke. The extra $40 for Valley view was not. Looking out over a roof, bet high rise hotel sections to see a glimpse. The balcony was also a joke. small and crowded with no room for chairs! Not a place

Location

Rooms are not ventilated. No cooling. Extra fan was provided but it didn’t help either.

Lots of dog hair, mine doesn’t shed. Microwave is way too high, couldn’t use it at all, every thing is worn out, uncomfortable , fan is on high speed only, very loud music from Jose bar, awful til late, no plates! No teaspoons or bowls , overall dirty

They provided cold bottled water at check in

No A/C in the room and it was so hot, even a box fan did not cool it down

We were not able to stay at this hotel due to poor air quality and closed roads due to wildfires. Repeated attempts to reach out for a credit to reschedule to another date were not acknowledged.

The location was awesome!

No air conditioning. We woke up at night and it felt as we were suffocating! We could not leave the screen door open due to a loud generator outside near a construction site. So we did not sleep well at all. Daytime the construction noise was unbearable!

The balcony and the kitchenette

It was very hot while we were there, and there was no air conditioning. That’s my only complaint.

No air conditioning and no ventilation! We suffered through 2 terrible nights with no sleep because it was so hot.

Convienient and excellent location

no. nice people, we got the best room looking out to the mountain in my opinion

The gym

Layout was confusing & we got little direction about how to navigate. First assigned room had blood on the bathroom wall. Lots of conflicting information from staff. No patio furniture Additional sofa chair in the living area would have made it more comfy

Nice big room, dog friendly, great Mexican restaurant onsite!

Our room was on the top floor without AC - very hot. Also parking in their lot was $30/day but when prompted we were told of a free lot a block away.

the front desk was exceptional! I loved the valley view and the balcony. Glad we had an overhead fan and another fan in the closet

The microwave and kitchenette were hard to navigate to get dishes or microwave items

The front desk was more than unhelpful and acted like they had to be somewhere else. Our toilet clogged and they didnt fix it for half a day and the front desk acted like oh well iam off in a week

Pull out bed for kiddos was AWFUL!! It was so uncomfortable, whole place needs to be updated. House keeping was not great, we constantly were out of toilet paper etc

The location and lobby. I also liked the fact that I left a jacket behind and they made every effort to find it and did so! However, I do I have send them a shipping label in order to send back so trying to navigate how to do that.

Our stool did not flush very well at all in one of our bathrooms so the toilet in the other had to be used. The mattress on the sofa bed was super thin and worn out.

They had full size bath soaps and shampoo bottles. The room was a king sweet with a separate sink with glass ware and silverware. Very clean and spacious.

The TV in the room is old. There was construction going on outside our window.

Hidden charges. $30 resort fee didn't know about $30 parking fee. Do not know about very upsetting
