Location good. Property clean
Rooms VERY small. Bed sheets uncomfortable. Fridge made constant noise. Horrible barn door style door to bathroom so you could hear everything—no privacy.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. View for The mountain side was amazing.
We had a roll up window that made the noise from the street hard to drowned out. But overall did not ruin our stay.

Great location, downtown, really funky, beautiful and modern rooms. Love the downstairs, coffee shop, and all of the great decorative elements of the hotel were really, really stunning.

This hotel feels almost European. It’s eco-conscious, simply but tastefully decorated, and it takes good advantage of technology. The hotel restaurant is excellent and has GREAT a offer.
The air conditioner was a little noisy, but it did a great job cooling our room so I’m not going to complain.

We liked the location
Our room had not been properly cleaned. There were a pair of used underwear left in the room. When highlighted to the staff they apologized and offered to comp our parking and offer a meal for free at the cafe. However this was offered to us after we had checked out and left Colorado Springs so was not helpful for us. The room was not cheap and the reason we chose kinship landing was because of the reviews and the level of cleanliness. $16 refund on a room with someone’s dirty underwear left in it is absolutely not good enough. There were also brown stains all down the wall in the bathroom.

Location is good, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.
The hotel doesn't provide anything extra. Parking has to be paid for extra, check-out is very early (10am) and you are charged extra for late check-out, 10 dollars extra for staying until 11am. So don't expect any extra service from this hotel.
