Quiet, clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Lobby, elevator, hallways and room were well-kept and fresh (no odors). Loved the breakfast buffet with many health-conscious options. Excellent staff service. Great location- minutes from COS. Check-in/check-out very efficient.

I liked the location based on where we needed to be in town. It was familiar since we have stayed here several times in the past.

The staff lied to us about being able to switch rooms. The one we were originally given had black mold next to the AC and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. I asked to switch rooms and the attendant told me all rooms were booked. Then a manager was brought into it. I showed her the picture I took of the mold and she immediately told the attendant to get us a new room...it wasn't even a question if there was availability. The food for breakfast was horrible and had no flavor to anything that we ate...and we ate a lot of it...well, we tried most of it. We couldn't finish any of it because it was horrible. We have stayed at this hotel for the same event 3 years in a row. It has gone downhill each year. The hot tub has also not worked for the last 2 times (once each year) that we stayed here.

Breakfast was average for motels. Front desk clerk wasn’t at desk. After hearing her talking on the phone in the back for about 5 minutes I finally tried calling out to her, after another minute she came out. I observed afterwards that rarely was anyone at the front desk. Also my wi fi didn’t work after putting my my name and room number in to log on. Was going to call desk for help but no front desk button or number to call desk on phone. Phone not in good shape. The room was in good shape and clean.

I like the comforting feeling of the bed. It was like you are sleeping on the clouds. I also like the spacious area which is quiet and peaceful that is away from the downtown noisiest places.

It was really hard to not to like anything; from staff to rooms to breakfast was so amazing.
