The manager was very thoughtfull and helpful to me and the staff were nice

The breakfast was fairly sparse.

Clean, well maintained, the price was low especially for the quality.

There were no USB ports in the room. In this day and age they are a need that should be met.

Communication with staff. Breakfast was not good. Broken light in room. Squeaky - noisy floor above.

Location. Bed was clean. Everything was functional.

The breakfast is just waffles, cereal, toast. No oatmeal or fruit to speak of. Staff were disinterested. No hair dryer. Everything smells musty from old carpet in common areas. Hard floor in the room needs a mopping.

Outdated/old hotel. Peephole has tissue to cover holes, paint in door frames peeled off and frame was rusty. bed was squeaky and was able to feel springs

Comfortable beds except my king bed was noisy. Great break fast. Eggs now an option and bananas

My king room on the third floor had A noisy bed. Old furniture. A hole in the bedspread.

The bed squeaks. There was no soap in the bathroom when we checked in and it was hard to make the desk clerk understand what I was asking for when I called. The doors were hard to open. The paint was chipped and peeling. The toilet seat was broken.

Curtains falling, badly cracked counter top, surprising $100 dog deposit, 7-10 days for refund, leaking shower, leaking shower head, TV failing to work without disconnecting the cable and replacing it.

Didn't stay...room was not even secure from ground level potential threats---plexiglass taped into window frame...with one hand i could push the "window" out.

Not only could I have have been robbed or otherwise a victim with the room's makeshift window replacement....but the hotel clerk would not give me another room or a refund...plus kept my $20 pet deposit paid in cash. Totally unacceptable!
