Econo Lodge Colorado Springs near Airport

Staff was friendly enough, the beds were comfortable (I like a firm mattress).

Did NOT have breakfast as advertised. Pool and hot tub were volatile and visibly unclean. The entire place smelled like smoke (cigarettes and weed). the floors were filthy, even the newly replaced laminate floor in the rooms. BUGS all over the carpet.

Staff was extremely rude. Told us we needed to leave a day early because they had a 'special clean' scheduled for the rooms. Had to book a different hotel for the last day of our stay in Colorado Springs.

The staff. Woman st the desk charged me $40 deposit that she said I would get back; I'm still waiting. The woman at the desk when I checked out was just rude & the MAIN complaint...roaches!!

That it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a good size refrigerator and microwave in the room. It's convenient to get to the HWY if you want to go into the mountains and there are a lot of food places near by.

Website said FREE hot breakfast and had nothing. Only coffee and in 1 dispenser, powered creamer. The coffee wasn't hot. Had to be heated in the microwave. Other guests including us, were very disappointed. Pool hours should be later than 9:30 pm.

The pool area and pool was disgusting. There was black mold growing in the vents. And they advertised a continental breakfast and they did not have anything at all. The non smoking rooms were permeated with the smell of smoke.

Hotel staff was very polite and knowledgeable about the area. Room staff as clean and smelled nice. AC worked well. Quiet neighborhood.

The bedspread had a cigarette hole. Told receptionist and she took care of it.

Microwave in room didn't work and had to go entire stay having to use the microwave in the office area

Everything was excellent the staff the owner. Everything was better than I expected with it being only rated at a 2.4 star hotel. I have stayed at 5 star hotels that was nowhere near as clean and attentive as well as the staff being so friendly

The only thing that I found was wrong was the website stated continental breakfast was offered. That is not the case. Only coffee is offered at this location no breakfast was offered

New mattress, clean, quiet. Nice staff

Gave me a key to an occupied room and I walked in on a couple in bed. Then at 2 am it happened to me. I was very disappointed. There was a very bad smell in the room and they did not yet refund my security deposit they took from my credit card.

Very noisy, Sink drain stinks when hot water was used, beds were hard and uncomfortable, cigarette smoke came into our room around 4 am when it seemed half the hotel woke up to smoke. I guess you get what you pay for¿

Staff said no free breakfast due to Covid but none of the staff wore any masks. I suspect no free breakfast because hotel didn¿t want to pay anyone to do it. I would like a full refund of our hotel stay.

We really like this hotel. It covers all your basic needs and the staff is fantastic. The room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee, ironing board, great smelling sheets, and extra pillows. No visitors after 10 & no pets allowed...2 thumbs u

There are people hanging out in the parking lot and occasionally loud music from a vehicle. Management: kick them off of your property. You can attract a better clientele.

Everything! Mold in the coffee pot, chairs full of stains and dirt bed hard as a rock ugly room

Someone fought all night long like crazy but this hotel let this happen no police call nothing
