The full size refrigerator and cook top helps so much.

They should have the vent foe the stove top vent to the outside of the hotel. Instead it vents right in your face as you stand there to cook.

Room was reasonably clean but definitely dated and showed that it was well used. Easy access to Garden of the Gods & Pikes Peak. Nice to have kitchette. Very close to bike/walk/run trails (COS has a great network of trails). Very friendly staff.

No ice machine, carpet duct taped, no maid service at all, breakfast option was pitiful (coffee and some packaged snacks). Had a domestic dispute with cops on scene second night. Room was not as nice as expected or pictured. We wouldn't stay there again.

Safe environment, the owner takes pride in his place, and the staff are 5 stars!

Clean and location

Hotel did not have an ice machine and the breakfast was a little lacking on verity.

Location was great, near to I25.Hotel staff was nice and friendly.

AC was making lot of noise, carpet was not clean. There was a bad smell when we entered our hotel room and requested front desk staff to change our room and they gave us a new room which was fine. Good for a short stay. Kitchen setup was a plus.

Some fairly basic necessities were missing from the room and the hotel. No tv remote. No hair dryer. No ice machine anywhere. Breakfast was advertised, but it consisted only of a few store-bought muffins/granola bars, and basic coffee ingredients.

Location to the interstate was good. Bed was comfy. Hotel employee at the front desk tried to be helpful.

2 Standard pillows on a king bed & no extras. Cannot call front desk from room as it doesn't work. Lights burned out in pet walk area making it way too dark & uncomfortable. Breakfast is prepackaged oatmeal or muffin, coffee/cream/hot water.

Good location

No dishes. Soap left from another user made me wonder if the shower was cleaned. Pillows were so flat that my jacket was used and better. Clocks all set for the wrong time.

Very friendly staff , well organized , clean rooms and the kitchen is like home , cooking utensils are given to you upon request and yes even the coffee pot!!

Nothing. It was a horrible experience. Dirty rooms and online reviews that reported that their cars had been broken into and catalytic converter theft.

When we arrived at the hotel the first room that was given to us had blood stains on the carpet that leaked onto our socks. When we went to tell management they did not seem to care and assigned us a new room that was also filthy.

Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was very crowded. Breakfast area was very small and so crowded we took our breakfast back to our room. Room did not seem very clean. The shower had mold in all the corners. Staff gave the minimum amount of courtesy. Hallway carpets were stained.

Room and facility were good for the star level, but towels and furniture was old and cheap. Good option if you want to cook your own food.

Hands down the cleanest hotel I have been I into in months. Staff so helpful and the GM  went above and beyond to help out when she didn't have. Everyone always has a smile and makes you truly feel welcome.

Wouldn't change a thing.

After being to 2 other hotels and needing long term stay thus is the 1st place that made us truly feel welcome. The GM  is helpful and always greets with a smile all staff including morning MAINTENCE GUY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. 

The staff so helpful and always with a smile. Staff both helpful and pleasant. General Mgr is amazing. Team really makes you feel welcome and it's so clean.

It was a pleasure. check in and through whole stay was amazing and helpful. The GM was wonderful. It was a great experience. Recommend all around. All locked doors were actually locked. Safety. It was great.

No. Outside was clean staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel amazed me!! especially the staff  is very personable and very swiftly answers any questions .The maids are fabulous and keep everyone happy the men and woman that run the front desk are fast, accurate and reliable. A big thank you!!

I would like to see a bigger breakfast items available.
