Nothing crack heads all around

Crack heads running around elevator not clean or stairs very dirty things on blankets room smells weird

The price of the room was a fair price

Bring earplugs this is a loud area especially by US 24 side the noise level is unreal

Everything was gross. The window had not been cleaned in forever. The floor was sticky. I refused to even take a shower. There was no pillow cases on my pillow. There was stains on my pillow and sheets.

No loud traffic if you go to the back where the office is!

I feel that the door Gap needs to be have a sweeper put on it and some foam on the side too much of a gap in the door is my only complaint

Tv only got PBS nothing else. Little roaches in the room. Shower handle so loose that your not sure if the water is hot or cold. So called housekeeping lazy and the 1 time they did knock on the door we needed t.p was told they didn't have any.

Staff was apologetic for the state of the rooms but this did not atone for the otherwise terrible experience.

Absolutely the most disgusting room: no sheets, filthy mattresses, toilet full of dirty toilet paper. Second room: better but floors filthy. Homeless(?) people hanging around, pot smokers and suspected illegal activities. Barely slept due to noise.

Location was convenient for the trip Security guards on staff.

There was no breakfast, no trash cans, table in the room was filthy. Large amount of homeless people hanging around.

Horrible experience. Front desk the worst I've ever experienced. Then hotel employee told me they have no queens so put me in full. When expressing disappointment she rudely said, "Do you want a room?" I should have said no. She put me in a deplorable room.

Had to wait outside of lobby to check in. Only 1 person at a time. Extremely rude front desk lady. Put me in room that should be condemned. Huge hole in ceiling,filthy, brown toilet, broken stove, no towels,linens, shower curtain.Clumps of hair. Stay away

They cancelled our freaking reservation.Our flight was late.Got in at about 1am and they had cancelled the reservation.Wouldn?t book us another room.Even though they had plenty of room. Me, my kid & my 80 year old mom had to drive around and find another

everything. the clerk seemed terrified of everyone who walked in, the parking lot was full of addicts who came up and knocked on your car window, the hotel room door didn't work, the bed flipped over when I sat on it, and it was so bad that I left

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The rooms lacked cleanliness and there was something wrong/broken/missing in EVERY SINGLE room I was I'm Also within the month I was there I had to change rooms 7 times due to something being wrong with the room.

It was semi-affordable

I had to move rooms 4 times and EVERY SINGLE time they're was something wrong. Either the heater wasn't working, the toilet was clogged, the bed was broken or the room was ALWAYS dirty

Nothing!

No toilet paper upon check in. No disposable cups in bathroom or kitchen, no doormat rug to eipe my feet upon entrance! Noisy guests playing loud music...I will never stay there again

Dirty,smell, clothes left behind with bottle water TV not working properly wall falling apart. I could go on...

Nothing. I did not even stay longer than 2 hours.

Everything. It was filthy. It smelled really bad. The floors were dirty. The shower was dripping. Half the channels on the TV didn't work. The bed felt gross and dirty. I immediately felt itchy upon being in the room. I did not stay here.

Beds were comfortable and sheets looked clean. Armed security on site overnight.

Long term guests were noisy early in the morning. Dog poop in walkways to room.

Location

There was graffiti on the wall. The tape for the dry wall on the ceiling was hanging off. The paint in large sections was melting in areas. There was a hole in floor in the shower. On the day we were diarrhea in hallway floor on day of checkout.

There was nothing to like about this hotel worst hotel experience I've had even during check in when the women was so high she was falling asleep trying to check me in

Hotel staff was high was rude took 30 mini to finally get me checked in after having to wake her up

No frills, clean and quiet.

Room needs some work but didn?t affect my stay.

Dark and dirty stairwell that felt unsafe. Horribly potholed road in and parking lot.
