Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

pet friendly, great hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, safe parking with security, easy to navigate for travel, stayed twice

Fresh fruit in the lobby all day. Airport shuttle runs until 11pm. Good breakfast. Hot tub was large. Amenities were plentiful. Staff was very kind and accomodated a special request for medicab.

Elevator was broken. We did not get our "King Study" room, instead we got two double beds (not even queen). Ceiling and carpeting were very shabby along hallway, hotel is showing it's age in general, same in the pool area. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable.

I asked 2 different front desk employees about airport shuttle & both told me it arrives every 30 minutes in the morning (5 am, 5:30 am, 6 am, etc). It did not come at 6 am. When driver did arrive he informed we were supposed to reserve it.

For a hotel near the airport it was very quiet, clean nice crisp smell upon entry. The counter person was friendly, gave us ideas on places to visit. And answer all question in a friendly approachable manner. Very pleased

It was very clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

There was a dog barking a few rooms down all night. Staff did their best to manage the situation, though.

While the pool rules were posted and explained that you had to reserve the pool we still had to wait while they asked a whole party to leave the pool area when we arrived for our designated time.

No Microwave in 2021 and this was the Deluxe room, Breakfast was just a box of cold eggs and yogurt, I paid too much for what I received

mold all above the shower. I was disappointed about the breakfast situation. I get what’s going on but if you are going to offer breakfast make some arrangement. More then a bag with an orange and a water and muffin. I would of looked elsewhere.

Yes that fact I reserved on line and had to pay twice because 2 at risk adults were kept waiting to check in for 1 40 minutes ridiculous. I'm sorry is all hotel  employee had to say.i asked for a king i was told oh yes of course ,got to room two queens 🙄

Great location. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was better than expected

The only con was there wasn't a microwave in the room. Only one microwave available and it was located in the lobby to be shared by everyone

The stay was good. The room was really comfortable.

They gave us a a handicap room which was inappropriate. Those should be saved for someone who needs it. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated. The location is not ideal unless you are going to the airport.

The room smelled terribly of smoke and the ac fan rattled the first night. We got a different room the second night, which was great, but the fire alarm sounded four times, and then a stranger entered our room at midnight after our room was double booked

The staff really did all the could to make a rocky start turn into a wonderful experience.

The pool was extremely cold and somewhat cloudy.

The employees were awesome and the breakfast is fabulous

The breakfast was sub par. Have had better at other Hampton stays. Not worth the amount of money paid per night.

We were hoping fur a good night's rest.

After a long day of traveling we were exhausted! After showering and getting ready fur bed...we went to pull the curtains and the darkening curtain rod was missing. Thererfore no dark curtains! Ve lury frustrating!! Not happy with our stay!

Close to my friend's house and the airport.
