Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

Was pleasantly surprised! Stayed there a few years ago. It was updated and much better!

Noise from cars racing thru the night.

Closeness to the airport

No elevator, Ice machine was out, AC unit was noisy— had a rattling sound all night

We loved the made to order omelets for breakfast. Also I liked that they had a shower that my husband could use. He has mobility issues.

Hotel was very clean, staff was EXCELLENT, pool and hot tub area were very clean. I will stay here on my next trip. Near airport. Great location. Great breakfast. VERY accommodating.

No. Everything was excellent.

The hotel desk woman at check in was so friendly, smiley and attentive, she really made us feel welcome! Also, the evening desk woman was very friendly and helpful. Their public computer was not working and she apologized profusely.

Clean & comfortable

It said transport to airport, however they did not transport early enough for me to make my early flight. Had to be at airport by 5:30am

Convenient, clean & reasonable cost

Breakfast bar had juice machine but no juice all 3 mornings. Fruit dish w/ no fruit. "Hot" egg, sausage or bacon OK but just "warmish". Very picked over all 3 mornings. Pool area yucky. It was like walking into chlorine sauna. Stifling

It has everything. Food, pool, hot tub, it was great

There was dog poop everywhere on the lawn

Stayed due to some home renovations. Was convenient, right across the street from work. Good breakfast.

Next room had a fight at 2 am. But not hotels fault.

So dirty and in need of paint. So much bleach in the pool it burns your eyes without touching them.

The lobby smelled so fresh as did our room. The bed was amazing the pillows great. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who has an early flight. There was a great driver so early in the morning.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the housekeeping and kitchen staff did a great job!

The room decor was pretty dated. The hot water pressure was not good. My shower was warm at best.

They provide makeup remover cloths and also hair conditioner.

The white haired lady working the desk at checkout was curt, almost rude. I tried to pass on my compliments, but she basically shut me down and waved me toward the door. Guess I was in her way.

This being an airport hotel, I did not hear airport noise, that was great. The hotel is well managed. The staff did a great job cleaning and keeping the breakfast room clean and well stocked with food. Friendly staff too.

It?s clean

It?s been more than 15 days and they haven?t refunded my $100 deposit. I have called multiple times but it seems they just don?t care. Don?t stay here if you don?t want to waste extra $100

Everything, it was not clean, the sink from the restroom was leaking, the beds were dirty

It can be cleaner the floors in the room were disgusting. Turned our feet black The bathrooms are nasty. The pool was murky, and there was a strange stench throughout the entire hotel.
