Great little Motel. It¿s family owned. The owners are very nice! The place is very clean! Very affordable as well.

We liked everything about it!

The towels and sheets are so very, very soft!! The room was clean, even the upholstered furniture (something I can't find in a 3 star hotel). The other guests were quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive, not just"here's your key".

The room was nice and clean. I loved the table bench just outside the door and being on the 2nd floor The Owners were very nice even helping me with directions to an event I was going to.

Friendly proprietors with obvious pride in every facet of their establishment. Incredibly comfortable beds with oh-so-soft sheets.

Desk clerk and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient to get to restauramts and shops. We enjoyed seeing the deer that sometimes come on propery.

Clean rooms, great location and service! This is your basic, old-school motel. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles but the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and great location make up for it. We had a great view, too!

Great location and great price for a place in the middle of Manitou Springs. Easy access to the highway, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds and Pikes Peak. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful.

Older building but well kept. Wife said the bed was hard. I didn't notice.

Small, family owned. Owner was very nice. Rooms arent fancy, but super clean and quiet. If ever in Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs area...will certainly stay here again.

Great space for the price. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. The decor is rather eclectic but that added to the charm. The sheets don't match but they are clean! There are many different room options to meet your needs.

This hotel is not really within close walking distance to Manitou Springs.. but that does not really matter to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! King room nice and large. Very comfortable space. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.
