The staff was really nice and the over night staff was amazing she was very nice and offered to help find places to visit with our stay there.

Value for price paid was fair. Room was large, the room amenities great, and the beds comfortable. The entire facility was VERY clean and well maintained. The walls must be heavily soundproofed because we didn't hear much of anything during the night.

No shampoo in shower. Breakfast was OK. Eggs were in the form of hockey puck-like rounds; tasted OK but not pleasant to look at. The front desk could not make change for a $20 bill (no cash) so, sadly, the breakfast staff didn't get a deserved tip.

Excellent staff plus brand-appropriate rooms, breakfast, & amenities. Gotta try nearby Thai, pizza, Dutch bakery, and dine-in movie (all yummy within 1.5 mi.) Trader Joe's close if cooking in. Family friendly, military friendly. Easy access to activities.

If you want to be in a tourist corridor, this is more of a locals' area, but we liked it. Still really easy access to I25.

Room furnishings are fairly new and look nice. Small but efficient kitchen area. Pull curtain between the bed and couch/TV viewing area is nice.

The first room we were in had very low water pressure in the shower. I complained and was moved to another floor. The manager was unfriendly and the water pressure was only slightly better in the new room. Poor breakfast. Not worth the price.

Friendly staff- always available at front desk. Coffee / breakfast available at 6a! Good location, near a Walgreens, lots of parking.

I liked that the room included a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and sink. The bathroom as on the larger side, which was nice for family. The people were very friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable with thin bedding. The pool was smaller than we had expected and a hot tub would have been nice for adults. The breakfast needed to be attended to more frequently for refills and clean-up.

Everything! Located close to the hospital, awesome free breakfast, sparkly clean room & over the top customer service! I travel a lot and this property (& staff) really stand out (on multiple levels:))!

Close to my brothers house and close to dining options. Breakfast was good.

Pool room was freezing and so was the water. Was told it was heated, was NOT. Breakfast was free for a reason. Shower wasn’t good and didn’t have good water pressure.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

I only booked one room through booking.com but found two reservations at the hotel (booking.com had sent a duplicate). The hotel staff told me they could not cancel the second one (why?) and on checking out I received two charge receipts despite only having one room. Now I need to get booking.com to fix this and/or dispute the second charge with my credit card issuer, when it seems clear that the hotel staff could simply have eliminated the second reservation if they had been willing to do so.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location

Breakfast could have been better

The staff was friendly a resolved issues quickly.

2/3 of the beds were dirty with hairs. Long human hair and small black hairs, maybe from a dog or other animal.There also was an issue with the fire alarm that went off @3am for a false alarm. It happened two nights in a row

Location of the hotel it’s kind of a rough part of town, but that’s not hotels fault. If other guest are not considerate rooms can be noisy.
